great room and spacious, good cleaning facilities, location. we had the room with the balcony facing the sea on the second floor. overall beautiful and one of the better choices in the area
on an uphill, no elevator in the building, mediocre ventilation in bathroom as the small window faces the inside (the staircase), mosquito net on the balcony was not functioning. the air-conditioning was OK, due to bad odour we checked the AC filters that needed cleaning so we washed them and the smell went away. no facilities in terms of breakfast.

The room was pleasantly decorated, and the presence of complimentary water and coffee was a thoughtful touch I appreciated. A significant advantage was the available parking, especially given the hotel's very central location.
Despite the promising name "Pela Veranda Exquisite Suites," our accommodation was a small room rather than a suite, with the sink oddly placed inside the main area due to space constraints. The tiny, transparent toilet, directly across from the bed, was difficult to use and offered no privacy. Our terrace view was unfortunately an unmaintained vacant lot. Furthermore, the steep street made handling luggage quite challenging.
