About this house rental
Located in Ribeauvillé, this charming house for $124 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Sebastien and Carine are happy to welcome you in their large cottage, both very old brand new, located in Bergheim, a small village vineyard terribly authentic, surrounded by medieval walls and located near all the sites must: Colmar (20mn) , Ribeauvillé (3mn), Riquewihr (10mn), Kaysersberg (15mn), Haut-Koenigsbourg (15mn), Strasbourg (40mn), Ecomuseum, Park of the Little Prince or Europapark (45mn). You will find all the comfort for 5 to 10 people, in this very spacious cottage (about 150m²). It is an 18th century village house, tastefully renovated in 2019. Everything has been redone: insulation, electricity, plumbing, heating, evacuations ... The owner is a contemporary artist, and the ground floor, completely separate from the rental, is his workplace: a workshop and an art gallery make it up. In the cottage you will find: - A separate kitchen, generously equipped: Large oven, A +++ dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, double sink ... The drawers are well filled and everything is designed to make you feel almost at home. - A large living room with a 10p monastery table, and a large corner sofa in the TV corner (125cm, with DVD player and Internet box), a minichaîne... - 4 large rooms spread over 2 floors: 3 doubles (2 in 160x200cm and 1 in 140x200) and one with 2 single beds and a progressive bed). The beds are equipped with slatted bases, new duvets and pillows and each room is equipped with storage furniture: wardrobe, wardrobe ... -a laundry room: washing machine + dryer + iron and table - 2 new shower rooms + WC (one with double vanity, dry hair supplied) - At the top, under the roof (3rd floor): a playroom for older children (library, toys, dolls, board games, small TV with DVD), with an extra BZ (which could possibly be used as a 5th bedroom) Warning : The cottage is non-smoking; animals can be admitted on a case by case basis.

We enjoyed our stay as a family. Just a misunderstanding about the supply of towels. Coming from New Zealand we expected them to be automatically supplied. Sebastien kindly sorted it though. Enjoyed village and surrounding area was very interesting. Great castles and historic ww1 sites. Thanks.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, Bergheim ist sehr schön, viele attraktive Ausflugziele liegen in der näheren Umgebung. Aus Sicht einer Familie mit kleinen Kindern ist die große Auswahl an hochwertigen Spielzeugen (z.B. eine Cuboro Kugelbahn und Kaplasteine) erwähnenswert. Ein schöner Spielplatz ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, der Marktplatz mit einem Café/einer Bar ist nur ca. 1 Min. entfernt.
Einziges Manko ist das Fehlen eines Außensitzplatzes (wie in der Objektbeschreibung auch korrekt angegeben).
Auch der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert.

Wochenende mit der Familie in Elsass
Die Wohnung ist einfach klasse und super für große/mehrere Familien. In unserem Fall waren wir 3 Paare und 5 Kinder! Bergheim ist einen wunderschönen Dorf mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fleischer, Bakerei…) Alles Top!
Und Sebastian ist als Gast perfekt!

Parfait sur tous les points
Séjour exceptionnel chez Sébastien Osswald ! Logement en tout point parfait pour un groupe , confort ( literie , espace, grand salon pour être tous ensemble, wifi ....) rien ne manque en terme d’équipement on se sent « comme chez nous »! Que dire de bergheim charmant village qui est idéalement situé pour visiter les merveilles alsaciennes aux alentours ! À côté du logement boulangerie supérette ... bref une adresse plus qu’à recommander ! Il faut aussi ajouter l’accueil du propriétaire, chaleureux et agréable ! Pour finir n’hésiter pas à vous rendre dans son atelier d’artiste juste en dessous du logement, son travail est incroyable !

Sehr schöner Urlaub in zentraler Lage
Die Unterkunft hat genau das versprochen was auf den Bildern zu sehen war und in der Beschreibung geschrieben stand. Sehr schöne Räume, alles sauber und in zentraler Lage. Vielen Dank für diesen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gruss Familie Berndt

Location très bien tenue, très bien placée.
Idéale pour les enfants avec la salle de jeux dans les combles, grands espaces de vie et chambres généreuses, au centre du village de Bergheim nous avons pu rayonner tout autour de la route des vins, visiter Colmar et faire de splendides ballades en forêt.

Logement bien agencé, chaque pièce est bien dimensionnée, chacun a son indépendance. D une propreté irréprochable. Très bien équipé, même l appareil à raclette est là ! 😉
La localisation est idéale pour visiter les alentours ( nord ou sud) et le propriétaire est très accueillant.

Excellent séjour familial d'une semaine
Logement spacieux "qui a une âme", idéalement situé au cœur de l'Alsace. Il a tout le confort moderne, est très bien équipé et son décor est chaleureux et de bon goût.
L'accès à l'appartement est au 1er et l'appartement, essentiellement sur 2 niveaux, donne une impression de maison.
Pour les tout-petits un parc de jeux municipal tout proche et une agréable promenade le long des remparts ont été appréciés.

Maison très confortable où on s'y sent bien. Le village est vraiment très beau avec ses remparts et ses belles maisons colorées. L'emplacement est idéal pour les visites et les randonnées. Nous recommandons.

tolle Ferienwohnung in altem Fachwerkhaus
Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen Örtchen. Ideal für 8 Personen, tolle Lage und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lediglich ein Balkon oder Hofnutzung gibt es nicht. Auch Platz für viele Fahrräder zu finden ist schwierig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, entspannt und zuvorkommend. Es lohnt, auch sein Atelier zu besuchen.

De gastheer Sébastien is heel erg vriendelijk en uiterst correct in de communicatie. Het inchecken verliep dan ook heel vlot. Het huis, samen met het dorpje Bergheim, straalt een middeleeuws karakter uit en ligt in een rustige buurt met een zicht op zowel de Vogezen als de Rijnvlakte. Het appartement ligt op de 1e en 2e verdieping en is volledig gescheiden van het kunstatelier op de benedenverdieping. Zoals de website het beschrijft, kan je gebruik maken van een moderne keuken, moderne badkamers en nette, ruime kamers met voldoende opslagplaats. Elke avond was het als thuiskomen, een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten dus! Bij problemen kon je altijd rekenen op de sociale buurtbewoners of natuurlijk Sébastien.
