Conveniently located close to all the amenities that Abby Springs has to offer including golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, hottub, rec center with video arcade, pool, ping pong, full fitness center, yoga. Beachfront for swimming, boating and picnicking. Also, basketball courts, bocceball, and volleyball. Dining on sight includes seasonal Below Deck, Yacht Club Fine Dining and more casual faire of Golfers Grill. Dont miss Smilling Dave for Dancing on the weekends. Had a great time, our condo was just awesome. Used the pool everyday,golfed, ate at the restaurants walked the trail along the lake.

The condo was very clean, and a great stay for our family of 5. There are a ton of sleeping options - the bunk room essentially has 4 entire beds. The condo is close to the main gate but in a great quiet area. Perfect for sitting on the screened porch! The only two things to note - there is a spiral staircase (which was perfectly fine for our small kids, but not in the pics) and just one shower. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a nice relaxing time here; the golf cart was a highlight - driving around the neighborhood looking at the pretty houses! The bar and grill had fun staff and great food/drinks! Also we loved the screened in back deck. Thank you Paul for such a great place :) -Jess

The location of this rental was very nice however the condition of the rental needs improvement. To start off the listing should state the kitchen is on the second level. We were a group of 60 year old women and carrying coolers up a flight of stairs was not fun. Secondly, the unit needs some TLC. There is a section of blinds in the living room that were broken missing and some were duct taped together. There were two red chairs at the kitchen table where the legs were loose and about to break. The bedroom with all the bunk bed did not have a ladder to get to the top bunk but they did provide a metal actual ladder. Again having a 60 year old women using that was dangerous. Next, the downstairs bathroom was updated except the bathtub. If your going to update a bathroom please remove the 1970’s bathtub and tile. The deck needs to be painted and mold removed for a better appearance. The check inprocess was a mess. I was told by the owner that the security booth would have all the information and they knew nothing about the rental. Needless to say I have no idea how this could be a “Premier Host”? For the money we spent we will be looking for new accommodations the next time we visit the area.

We stayed for the weekend to attend a family wedding at Abbey Springs so this was the perfect location as it is right on the property. The condo was very clean and bright. We only stayed 2 nights, but I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property a little more.

Great place for a getaway with the family or friends. House was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in process, etc. was smooth and Paul was great to work with. If you’re looking for a little time away, Paul’s place and Abbey Springs are a fantastic option when in the Lake Geneva area.

This rental was perfect for a weekend in Fontana with friends! As others mentioned, the photos aren't entirely accurate as far as the bedroom setup goes, but if anything there was more bed space than we expected! Be aware that there's a spiral staircase between the two floors too if you have limited mobility. Great location and very easy checkin!

The place was exactly as mentioned and Paul was easily reachable. Per the other reviews there is a circular staircase that separates the kitchen/family room upstairs from the bedrooms/full bath downstairs. Otherwise the place was clean, quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities listed. We would definitely stay again!

Staying at this location was a great choice for us. The amenities the resort offered were awesome. Being able to choose between beaches, pools, golfing and good restaurants all in one resort was great. The property was well maintained and cleaned. Having the screened in porch to relax in was awesome. I will admit that having the owners personal belongings in common areas was odd, I've never experienced that before. Also the photos of the property are not accurate. The main photo of a room with 2 twin beds isn't correct. That room actually has a bunk, with a pull out bed under it and a twin. The pull out bed had sand in it and the patio had some trash left behind. Having security into this gated community is good for a sense of security but man they were not helpful. Upon arrival they just walked out and stared at us, no hospitality. I got the impression that short term renters were not welcomed into this community. Just a few things to be aware of.

We were generally happy with the property but we are elderly and did not realize it had a difficult to maneuver metal circular staircase between floors. I don’t believe this was pictured in the property photographs and it would have been helpful for us to know beforehand.

We had such a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at this property! It was perfect for our needs (family of four + Grandma). The kitchen is very well-stocked, the two screened in porches were heavenly, check-in and communication with the owners were flawless, my kids were thrilled to find Netflix on the TV, and the property and overall neighborhood were quiet and delightful. In the future, instead of staying in crowded Lake Geneva, we'll try to stay down in Fontana at Abbey Springs. This property, in particular, was fantastic. Thank you!

Everything was good except when stripping my daughters bed to put the sheets by washer and dryer, I found men’s underwear under her pillow. It was not ours and can only assume it belongs to the prior guests. Besides that our stay was good

We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice, updated condo that was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Simple check-in and communication. Comfortable space with everything we needed. Excellent kitchen and relaxing living space upstairs with a screened in porch. Bedrooms downstairs, our kids loved the double sized bunk bed. It was late March, so a little off-season, but it was very quiet and relaxing during our stay. Enjoyed use of the pool. Our thanks to Paul and family for the hospitality!

We had a great time at the condo! There was a small snag in the check in process but I was able to get a hold of Paul and he rectified the situation immediately. Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5 and it was great for our dog as well. Fun pool for the kids and expansive grounds for running, playing catch, scootering and walking the dog. Can’t wait to return!!!!

Plenty of things to do even during covid. Unit is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Only want - a new shower head :-) would stay again!
