The outdoor pool needs some repair, but was very enjoyable with the heat.

After dinner, we got locked out in the pool area. The door near was spa was locked and there was no entry with our room key! We ended up walking around the resort through the parking lot to arrive at building 3

Pool was clean...pool staff was very nice

I had a reservation for 3 rooms went to front desk to ask about room @445p.m man I asked about the room was very rude...contacted the resort through chat and room was finally ready @545p.m..also when changing in my restroom man housekeeper just entered our room without notice just closed door and left my daughter got scared
