Our stay was very nice. The owner was quick to respond to any small issues and always pleasant. It’s was unfortunate that the hot tub took over 48 hours to get to the proper temperature because the hot tub was one of the main reasons we booked this property. One of the bedroom doors doesn’t close and the beds were just ok. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is very cozy. We were looking forward to using the clubhouse facilities, but the restaurant was closed most of the time we were there. The pool was nice, but the chlorine was so overpowering that we had to leave after 30 minutes. We really enjoyed our long weekend. I simply think staying in the spring/summer might be a bit more enjoyable.

We had a fabulous time here. The house is gorgeous and has everything a family could need while away from home. It's the perfect location to be able to take day trips to sled, skate, and ski. Then come back home and enjoy a roaring fire and the hot tub or even venture out to the club amenities with the indoor pool/hot tub, game room, gym, and restaurant. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back. Anyone looking for a quick and fabulous getaway- this is it.

Great location that you can take advantage of all Abbey Springs has to offer. Big, open family room/kitchen with a fireplace is perfect for hanging out. All around great rental.

The house was very clean in a nice secure area. There are basically 2 areas of the house, a great room with the kitchen/living room and the sleeping areas. It was perfect for us. The fireplace and the hot tub were great. Ovverall, I would recommend this house.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was updated and very clean. The house is close to the pool, club house, and beach especially with the golf cart. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely would like to stay here again in the future!

This property was great!! Our group really enjoyed the large, sunny living room/dining room area and our kids adored the giant bean bag chair! The kitchen was very well equipped. It was lovely having kid-friendly dishware! About half our group likes to stay up, and half likes to sleep in, so having the bedrooms separated from the main area by a hall was nice. We had a family of deer visit both days and peek in the windows! The hot tub was great- easy to use, and the pool at the clubhouse was also fun! We didn't get to spend much time outdoors due to the snow storm/mud. Our only concerns were that the driveway was very narrow and difficult to navigate in the snow. Overall a great time and a lovely place to stay!

First time VRBOer. It was a great experience. The pictures accurately represent the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place! They had amenities for the kids (high chair, toys, on demand cartoon, etc). The pool and club house were great. Just need to come back when it’s warmer to utilize the beach ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect for exploring all that Lake Geneva has to offer. The Abbey Springs staff are also very helpful and accommodating. The house had everything we needed including some toys and games for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental property.

There were six of us including a 5 and 3 year old. Lots of toys and games for them. We utilized the hot tub. This house has been totally re-done and updated. Loved the close location to the indoor pool and restaurant and we also used the beach. Lake Geneva is a special place to relax or be busy if desired.

My family along with my sister and her family stayed at the Modern A Frame in Lake Geneva and loved our getaway. The house was in a perfect location! We were so close to the lake, restaurants, and boat rental. The resort had a beautiful pool and clubhouse with a great restaurant. The house was meticulous and perfect for a family. There were toys, enough towels, and great small touches like cell phone chargers, and water filter. We will for sure be back!

We spent three nights at the property for a leadership retreat. Mike was a wonderful host who was very responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The property is beautiful, quiet, and provided a wonderful place for us to relax as well as enough space for us to work.
