Smelly and hairy

Nothing

Really smelly. Wet dog. Dog hair everywhere. Long black hairs in bed. Booked for two nights for work but only ended up staying one night because it was that smelly. Must have two caravans because it’s not on nutmeg drive. It’s further back in the far corner. Not near the entertainment as others say on reviews. I would have been a lot more upset if it was booked for a family holiday.

We didn’t stay the experience was poor

The accommodation smelt of dogs and smoke, their was a used ashtray in the balcony still with cigarette ends in, the carpet and seating areas were dirty and stained, this property did not match the description on the add and we did not stay, upon reporting our issues we were not offered so much as an apology

Very good for children with lots to do

Some of the facilities were a bit old and could do with an refurbishment the seats in the live bar were uncomfortable to sit on for whole evening of entertainment

Good price, clean on arrival, good location.

No WiFi. No toilet paper, handsoap or handtowels/tea towels- surely that's basics (although it's my first stay at a caravan so maybe expecting toilet paper or handsoap is on me) Paid extra for bedding but my daughter was not comfortable- bedding should be decent if they're going to charge extra for it.
