We really enjoyed staying in this house, which is in a great location, close to the beach and in walking distance to everything in Sagres. The house is spacious, comfortable and has extra useful amenities such as a dishwasher and dryer. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked with all the things you'd need to cook, as well as a great barbeque in the garden.

However despite the owner knowing the property had nesting seagulls, we were not informed and could not use the pool, this was due to the seagulls attacking us for entering the pool

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in super Lage
An dem Haus ist alles perfekt. Der Pool ist blitzsauber und schön. Der Garten ist gepflegt. Man kann zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten an einen wunderschönen sauberen Strand. In der Beschreibung im Internet ist nicht erkennbar, dass das Haus für sich steht und man darum herumlaufen kann. Vielleicht nur zwei Punkte: eine Mövenkolonie nächtigt auf den Dächern der Nachbarschaft und das Mövengeschrei ist teilweise laut. Die Möven finden es auch durchaus nicht gut dass jemand in dem Haus wohnt, und fliegen schon mal die Terrasse an. Und die Küchenausstattung ist was die Zahl von Besteck und Geschirr betrifft von der Zahl her zu gering, da könnte der Vermieter mit geringem Aufwand nachlegen. Ansonsten alles bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Es war zu dieser Zeit ziemlich kalt. Dank den Heizungen im Haus, hatten wir immer warm. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit ist etwas hoch, somit entsteht auch ein spezieller Geruch im Haus. Der Besitzer war sehr schnell und freundlich bei den Antworten. Die Lage ist gut. Restaurants, Bars, Surfshops und Meer in Gehdistanz. Nachts war es ruhig.
Es hat alles um Wäsche zu machen. Dies war Gold wert mit einem Baby.

Wir verbrachten 2 superschöne Wochen in den Herbstferien bei tollem Wetter in Sagres.
Das Haus liegt ideal im Zentrum von Sagres. Sagres ist ein kleiner Ort umgeben von tollen Stränden.
Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, die Zimmer sind geräumig. Morgens frühstückten wir auf der Terrasse.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne auch wieder kommen.
Die Kommunikation verlief immer sehr nett und zügig.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage des Hauses zwischen Mareta und Tonel Strand ist einfach Klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren von der gepflegten, wertig, unserem Geschmack entsprechend toll eingerichteten Unterkunft begeistert. Kleinigkeiten wie hinterlegtes Strandspielzeug, Bodyboards und regelmäßige Pool und Gartenpflege rundeten das Bild positiv ab. Gerne wieder!

Super Ferienhaus
Die Unterkunft hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung in prima Lage. Wir hatten mit der Familie einen tollen Urlaub. Nur ein paar Minuten zu drei unterschiedlichen Stränden. Sehr gute Betreuung falls doch mal Fragen vor Ort sind. Klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful house in Sagres
The house was lovely, just as it looks in the pictures. The pool area was fantastic and had the sun all day. Kitchen was very well equipped and we also used the outdoor barbecue a couple of times. Location of the property was great, walking distance to a couple of beaches and a short drive others, also walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurants in Sagres.

Haus sehr gut . Keine Spülmaschine - sehr hellhörig - es schallt.
In absoluter Kurzform sachlich korrekt:
ENDREINIGUNG wurde nicht durchgeführt. Eigentümer war danach selbst vor Ort. Keine Erstattung der Endreinigung. Zwischenreinigung wurde erst nach mehrmaliger bitte terminiert mit Zähneknirschen der deutschen Reinigungskraft vor Ort.
Zusätzlich wurde uns unterstellt wir hätten Windeln in die Kanalisation geworfen und diese wäre verstopft. Mehr als zwei drittel wurden dafür von der Kaution einbehalten ohne mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen. Natürlich haben wir einiges umgeräumt im Haus da wir Kinder haben (Teppiche verlegt, Deko in den Abstellraum gesichert. Das störte den Eigentümer bestimmt sehr. Danach wurde auf die eventuell inkludierte Haftpflichtvers. verwiesen. Bisher keine Rechnung gesehen das die Arbeiten wirklich durchgeführt wurden.
Hier ist nichts von unserer Seite aus erschwindelt oder übertrieben. Genau so war es.
Da ist das letzte Wort nicht gesprochen und ich werde ihnen hier berichten.

Gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben im Oktober 2018 12 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Im und rund ums Haus war alles in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und professionell. Für einen Urlaub an der Algarve sehr empfehlenswert.

The ideal Sagres base - perfect !
We loved the house. We are a surfing family, and used it as a base for exploring the Sagres area by car for 2- weeks, going mainly north rather than east. It is ideally equipped, secure, large, roomy and very well organised. The pool is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. The house is located in a very quiet side street, with its own secure and gated parking, only about five minutes walk to one beach and 10 mins to another. Its very close to restaurants in Sagres, of which there are a great array within 5-10 minutes walk. We cannot recommend it enough. We found the owner very open and a pleasure to correspond with.

Wundervolle Ferien in einem tollen Haus
Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Sagres. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet und liebevoll gepflegt und wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, tolle Restaurants und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einfach ein Traum. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wieder kommen !

entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit der Familie in der Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war genau so, wie sie auch im Internet beschrieben stand. Durch das ausführliche Informationspapier konnten wir uns bestens auf den Urlaub vorbereiten und es blieben kaum Fragen offen. Vor Ort hatten wir einen Ansprechpartner, der bei Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Das Haus befand sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Eine regelmäßige Reinigung hätte man in Anspruch nehmen können, dies haben wir jedoch selbst erledigt, um unabhängiger zu sein. Garten und Pool wurden regelmäßig in Ordnung gehalten/gereinigt und waren ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Ein paar gute Restaurants sind im Ort zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Strand war in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr entspannten Urlaub und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen oder selbst noch einmal buchen.

The owner is reliable and always on time with correspondence and transfers ( deposits).Shortly speaking everything was well organised and fully met our expectations.We already plan to come back next year to Vivenda da Luz.

We were coming to Sagres/Vila do Bispo for the last ten years to spend there week or two.This house was the best one we had.Location is great - quiet, dead-end street closed to small city centre ( 5'walk) where you can find nice restaurants and small shops, close to the beaches (Mareta 5' walk or Tonel 10' walk),not far to hypermarket and covered fresh market with fish, vegetables ,fruits etc from local producers.The house is well equipped and everything is working there with very good customer service from a local housekeeper.

Klasse Haus - toller Urlaub!
Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in diesem Haus, welches wirklich klasse ist:
Unsere hohen Erwartungen nach den Fotos, der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen wurden alle erfüllt! Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, innen wie außen ist alles sehr gepflegt und im besten Zustand!
Wir konnten sehr gut am Pool und den beiden Dachterassen entspannen.
Der Grill war ebenfalls super für einen gemütlichen Grill-Abend auf der Terasse.
Winziger Verbesserungspunkt wäre ggf. noch die Ergänzung einer Geschirrspülmaschine - wir kamen aber auch sehr gut ohne zurecht.
Gleichzeitig ist das Haus ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Sagres und Umgebung. Mit wenigen Schritten können mehrere tolle Strände erreicht werden - die herrliche Landschaft lädt zu Spaziergängen/Wanderungen ein.
Sagres ist auf jeden Fall einen Urlaub wert! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Ort nicht vom Massentourismus erfasst wurde - hier wurde nicht eine Hotel-Burg nach der anderen aneinandergereiht, so dass das Ambiente in Sagres etwas Besonderes ist. Dennoch bietet Sagres viele gute Restaurants und Bars.
Unseren Lebensmittelbedarf im Haus konnten wir problemlos durch zwei Supermärkte sowie Bäcker im Ort decken.
Ergänzend möchte ich hervorheben, dass der Vermieter äußerst freundlich und gut kommuniziert - von der Anfrage bis zur Rückkehr sorgt der Vermieter für einen reibungslosen Urlaub in diesem Haus!
Die Unterlagen, welche wir hierbei bereits vor Urlaubsantritt erhalten haben, sind äußerst ausführlich und ließen bei uns keinerlei Fragen offen.
Zusammengefasst war einfach alles super - entsprechend 5 Sterne!

The house is also in a great location in Sagres, within walking distance to the small town centre and both Mareta and Tonel beaches. Sagres is a great base for exploring the surrounding area up the West coast by car. We would definitely return to stay here again.
