Situated in Bretton Woods, this attractive house for $545 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Air Conditioned, Family Friendly, 4 Bed, 3.5 Bath. Central Location; Free WiFI The Timberview is a place to make memories! While we have strict cleaning practices already we've put extra measures in place. All high traffic areas are given special attention such at remote controls, light switches, railings, etc. We're ready to welcome you to our place! It's conveniently located in the heart of Bretton Woods with stunning views of the slopes. We have made some beautiful renovations and upgrades to this already lovely townhouse. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. All beds and bedding are new throughout and Mt. Washington can be seen from the second level bedrooms. Smart tv's can be found in all of the bedrooms and living areas. This spacious unit offers an open floor plan, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens to the dining and living areas. The cozy living room with wood burning fireplace and large smart tv can be enjoyed from the comfortable furnishings of this inviting home. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a movie and s'mores after a day of being out and about. Downstairs you'll find fun for the whole family! The game room is the place to be with bumper pool and darts. There's also a TV, and two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a full, shared bath. FREE WiFi is provided, SHUTTLE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID REGULATIONS. Since 2013, Bretton Woods has held the top 2 positions in Snow & Grooming, ensuring a great day on the slopes for all. Continued improvements in snow making and grooming of 434 acres of fresh powder with dozens of trails for skiing and snowboarding has made this resort New Hampshire's largest ski area. For multiple years in a row, Bretton Woods has been named #1 in the East for best grooming lifts, and #2 Top Overall Ski Resort by Ski Magazine in 2022/2023 season. In addition to skiing, there are so many things to do that you will have no need to seek fun and adventure elsewhere. Bretton Woods canopy tours will take you on the longest zip line in the continental U.S. Winter activities include ice skating, snow shoeing, snow mobiling, and sleigh rides. In summer there are many attractions on and off property: On property there is teen adventure camp, hiking, tubing, fly fishing, two award winning golf courses, rock climbing wall, horseback riding, and tubing down the river. Nearby there is Crawford Notch State Park, White Mountains attractions, water parks, Story Land, Santa's Village, Fort Jefferson Fun Park, Appalachian Mountain Club, the scenic Franconia Notch State Parkway, Mount Washington Auto Road, Flume Gorge,The Basin, and Echo Lake Beach, and numerous hiking trails and picnicking areas. There's even more for everyone; shoppers will love the quaint village of North Conway where there are boutique shops, restaurants, and hundreds of outlets. Friends and family had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The property was well taken care of, very clean, and there was plenty of room for two families. The home was warm and welcoming with many small touches to make you feel at home. Good communication with the owners, very accommodating and they provided everything we needed!

My husband, our friends and I traveled up for a wedding and the location and set up of this property was fantastic. We had gorgeous views and easy access to the Omni resort at Mt Washington for all the festivities. Jeff and Kristen were also super communicative. Our only regret was we didn’t have more time to hang out in the space since we were at wedding events so much! 10/10 would recommend.

We were in town for a wedding at the Omni Mt Washington Hotel. There were 8 of us in our party and the condo was the perfect place for all of our needs. Condo was plenty big enough and the bedrooms are all spread out nicely. We spent the majority of our time down in the game room area. Also, a great location and close to the hotel! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Timberview! The condo was spacious and comfortable, with the 3 floors of space. It fit all 8 of us perfectly, and the game room was an added bonus. Would highly recommend! We love Brenton Woods area and will be back to stay again!

We were staying up in the area only for the weekend and wanted something comfortable for all of us (my husband & I, two little children and both sets of grandparents). This place did not disappoint! It was a quick easy ride to the cog railway and the Mount Washington Hotel. Also, Kristen and Jeff were excellent at communicating and provided all the information we needed throughout our stay! My 4-year-old wished we could have stayed for "10 more days". Not sure why 10 days was picked but I wish we could have too! :)

We had a great stay at Timberview! The condo was spacious and comfortable, with the 3 floors of space. It fit all 8 of us perfectly, and the game room was an added bonus. Would highly recommend! We love Brenton Woods area and will be back to stay again!

This is a great property. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of Bretton Woods. We visited over the summer but I'd definitely go back and stay at this condo for a ski weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at your townhome! Beds were very comfy, and the view was fantastic! At night we enjoyed sitting on the deck and stargazing. It was incredible because there is so little ambient light. The night sky was FILLED with stars! We even saw three shooting stars! It was amazing! We had issues with the cable tv and the owners were immediately responsive and got it resolved quickly. The house was located close to everything we wanted to see and do in the White Mountains. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group was attending a wedding at Omni Mt Washington and stayed here for the weekend. Amazing place, very spacious and convenient for a large group. The owners are also very communicative and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend!!

We had originally scheduled for Spring of 2020...but Covid-19 had other plans. This time we thoroughly enjoyed the Mt. Washington Place 81A . All our needs we met with the property. We were there for a family weekend including my wife and I, our 3 adult children and a grandchild and the place was perfect. It was very clean, well furnished, well stocked and there was plenty of room for everyone. Two of my siblings and their families rented other lodging in the area but everyone wound up hanging with us because our place was far superior. Jeff and Kristen were very available for questions and their communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

My family had a wedding to attend at the Omni. We had 8 adults fit comfortably in the unit. It was plenty spacious, well stocked with everything you could ever need, and the owners were very responsive. We will definitely be back.

Great Place
The condo is beautiful, well decorated, fully supplied and an overall great value. The owners were great with communication. Its just a couple minutes away from and very easy to get to the Omni Mt Washington resort, Bretton Woods ski area, and the Cog Railway to the top of Mt Washington. Friends stayed at another condo in the complex and everything considered, it didn't compare in quality and value of this one.

We were so impressed with the property. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location for visiting the sites of Mount Washington. The views from the deck were incredible. The owners were very organized and supplied you with all the information you would need during your stay. We will definitely stay there again.

The townhouse is gorgeous, I’d say even better than the pictures! Very clean and cozy. Everyone in the group (7 of us so smaller than the max amount) slept so comfortably. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Great Townhouse in Bretton Woods
We came in for a family wedding and this unit was perfect. Well appointed, comfortable, with great views of the ski mountain from the deck. The downstairs game room was a late night hit with darts, bumper pool, and video games. Easy access to everything the area has to offer. Kristen and Jeff were communicative and worked with our needs.

Timberwalk was the perfect spot for our family! It was very spacious and accommodated both my kids and my parents. We loved the downstairs game room and the gorgeous view. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Jeff and Kristen were easy to communicate with and we hope to be back. Thank you!!!

We spent the weekend at Timberview to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday. With plans to hike several of the New Hampshire 4000footers, the Timberview was perfectly located in quick driving distance from Mt. Washington and many others. The space was laid out well to allow for privacy among individuals, but the open living space was comfortable for all of us to be together for dinner and card games while unwinding at night. Coffee in the morning out on the back deck overlooking Bretton Woods was absolutely soul cleansing. There are even a few trails right outside the door to explore during 'down time'. I have already recommended the Timberview to friends and family and look forward to our next stay!
