Staff was nice, location was great, room was decent. We got some good exercise walking to the location. I actually enjoyed that 🙂
Google maps was dismal in helping us find the location. I think that better clearer directions would be very helpful. We arrived late in the evening and the host couldn't find us on the list of bookings because of a mixup with booking.com, or something like that. It was sorted after a while, but it was inconvenient after our 12 hr drive. Lights were not the best in the bathroom. Coffee maker was broken.

La amabilidad de las personas que nos recibieron, todo estaba muy ordenado y limpio.
La habitacion es mucho mas pequeña de lo que se ve en las fotos, la ubicacion marca en otra direccion y no tiene avisos o letretros del lugar.

El alojamiento es bastante cómodo, me gusto mucho la habitación (ordenada, cómoda) sobre todo que tienen clima. Te hace sentir como en casa, considero que esta en una zona tranquila sin embargo como para andar en la noche a mi punto de vista si recomiendo que usen coche o servicios privados de transporte en lugar de caminar. La amabilidad del anfitrión fue bastante bueno, siempre estuvo en constante comunicación y atento a las dudas que tenía. Lo que me gusto mucho además es la cercanía de la presa de la olla.

Si es un lugar lindo, no es céntrico pero está muy cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas además de que está muy cerca de la panorámica que es la avenida presidencial de Guanajuato, además tiene estacionamiento y conviene moverse caminando en un uber, etc. íbamos en familia rentamos dos habitaciones y estaban juntas, lo cual fue bueno tiene horno de microondas y frigobar para preparar algunos alimentos básicos
Se escuchaba mucho ruido en las habitaciones de arriba pero creo que es un tema más de los otros huéspedes y no del hotel
