Staff were very helpful and friendly, The location was town centre Ideal for our trip, parking was good for motorcycles outside the front door, breakfast was excellent as much as you can eat right up till midday.

The hotel is in a prime location, plenty of restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance. The interior decor, with motion sensing strip lighting to light up the hall-ways, the rooms were equally beautiful. Bed was comfortable, I could not find anything to fault this hotel.

If you want to visit Chaves, It is probably one of the best located hotels in terms of what you can do in the town.
Bathroom shower was nice.
Staff was pleasant during the few interactions we had with them.
The room does not have a bottle for champoo and another one for body soap, it just has a one-fits-all liquid used as hand washer, body soap and shampoo.
We didn't go to have breakfast at first hour of the day and almost everything was missing, they didn't refill the food or the orange juice, meaning we had to eat what was left there.
Given that Chaves is a small town, the price the room cost did not meet the expectations we had for the hotel.
