This place is located right on Chapel Street. It's great to feel the buzz of the city. The checkin instructuons are sent before you arrive, and you get pin codes to access the premises. Internet is good, the room is compact, but clean.
It didn't affect me personally but be aware if you don't arnange parking in advance with this host, there is only on-street parking. Checkin could be awkward if you can't find a park nearby. Some of the apartments are up a staircase, so be aware of this.

The location was great, and the unit, while small, had everything we needed.
This is the reason for the poor rating - The communication with the owner was very poor. They didn't respond to messages I sent prior to arrival. Once I arrived, they responded several hours later. The phone number I was given didn't work, and they didn't respond to my message about this and other messages.
They said parking was included, but I had no knowledge of how to access until the day of arrival, because they didn't respond to messages. The parking was in a lot 10 minute walk from the unit. This was not communicated to us at any time. We discovered this when following directions to get to it.

Location, price & room was comfortable & had all you need for a short stay
Multiple toiletry products left behind from previous occupants, lights had & vents obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while (lots of visible dust), freezer section in fridge does not work & address difficult to locate
