Nah am Strand, nächstes Mal aber lieber woanders

Wenn man in Avola an den Strand möchte, hat man es von der Unterkunft aus leicht. Frühstück war lecker (wenn auch nicht so umfangreich wie auf den Bildern). Sehr geräumiges Badezimmer

Sehr unbequeme Betten, als würde man nur auf Schaumstoff liegen. Unglaublich hellhörig Unterkunft - man kann bei geschlossenen Türen Gespräche der Menschen in anderen Räumen mithören! Leider nicht sauber, auch nach Reinigung am nächsten Morgen nicht (fremde Haare in der Dusche, Dreck an der Toilette, Staub auf Nachttisch,...). Auf dem Flur roch es nach billigem Reinigungsalkohol.

Sehr nette Unterkunft

Direkt am Meer, ruhige Gegend, helles großes Zimmer, alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich hellhörig, sofern aber die anderen Gäste auch rücksichtsvoll sind, ist das wirklich kein Problem.

Camera pulita e accogliente, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, diversa scelta per la colazione (molto buona) e la signora (di cui non ricordo il nome) veramente gentile e disponibile.

Piccola nota, ma niente di irrisolvibile, consiglio di predisporre delle zanzariere alle finestre.

Idéal pour une nuit

Nous avons reçu les instructions par messagerie pour l'auto enregistrement, elles étaient très claires. L'emplacement dans une petite rue, à proximité de la plage. Grande chambre, propre, confortable.

Quelques erreurs dans la description de la chambre : elle donne sur la ville, pas sur un jardin, et il n'y a pas de machine à laver dans la chambre. La décoration est un peu triste, manque de couleur, contrairement aux photos. Nous avons trouvé que l'odeur des produits ménagers et du parfum d'intérieur était trop forte. Il y a des chantiers de construction juste à côté, mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous avons séjourné le weekend.

Bnb excellemment placé près de la plage, disposant de tous les équipements nécessaires. Valentino est disponible accueillant et de bons conseils. Les petits déjeuners sont corrects. Excellent rapport qualité prix que je recommande.

Very good breakfast, local cakes were really tasty! We recomend this place. The beach Calamosche is a bit overrated, place is beautifull, but the water was quite dirty because of a lot of algies and debries

The host was amazing. Picked me up from the station and showed me around town. Gave amazing recommendations. My room was very spacious and clean.

I should have rented a car. It would have been so much easier to get around town and see other places.

Perfect accommodation and perfect host

the accommodation was absolutely spotless and exceptional. breakfast every morning was hosted by a lovely lady and Valentino, owner did everything to make us comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely loved our stay and will return.

I don't like the idea of paying extra for everything on site (coffee, tea). The electricity does not work in the room after leaving it. You can't recharge a powerbank or phone without sitting in the room. Not very comfortable.

Big and very clean rooms, great breakfast with great coffee, beach was close to the house.

Thin walls, you can hear the neighbours, construction nearby, but not all day, so it didn't bother us.

apartment near nice beach

very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms. very close to nice beach. lot of restaurants around in walking distance.

furniture is quite old and some wardrobe doors are broken. doors between rooms make noise when open/close them. no nice terrace or place to sit outside.

Amazing location

We had a great stay at Valentino’s place. The house is impecable and the staff super friendly. Breakfast was really good. The best is that you can park in front of the house without problems and have amazing beaches a few hundred meters away.

Very quiet and beautiful place. It was clean and the host was very helpful about any information you need. There were umbrellas in the property that we could use for the beach. The beach was 5 minutes away by walking. The breakfast was really good, especially the sweet part of it. Recommending.

Good stay in Avola

This accomodation is ideal for a short stay in Avola when visiting the region. Just next to shore, with a couple of beachs at walking distance, as well as the town centre and the restaurants strip. Comfort is good enough for the price paid and the facilities are good. There is a nice balcony, ideally to dry the beach clothing, the bathroom is also big and there is a mini fridge.

Not much to point out. You get the level corresponding to the price. The only possible improvement I see are the lights that have a slight constant flash.

lovely stay

everything that you needed was there, comfortable bed, very clean and fantastic location to visit around. Valentino the owner was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations. great value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast could be a bit more inviting but was good enough!

Superb

Good location, restaurants and bars is close to apartments, nice sand beach with clear sea. Missing some mini markets close to apartment, but near, about 2 km, are big supermarkets. Really good owner and great holiday for us, thank you so much :)

Maybe only blinking lights on the room.
