Perfectly located for a true beach focused trip. Avola is a quiet, locals vibe beach town. The b&b is 1 block from the beach and 20 mins walk from town centre (and the walk is through residential areas). The rooms were comfy, could use a coat of paint and perhaps an upgrade but cost for value was spot on. Important detail is walls are thin so sound travels down the hall.
Needs a few updates. Thin walls and can hear other people easily.

Great location. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The self check-in process was easy and convenient, and there was parking available right in front of the property.
The sound insulation was very poor. Unfortunately, the guests in the neighboring room were extremely loud — there was a family with two children who were constantly shouting, and the TV was on at full volume most of the time. This made it very difficult to rest or sleep. In addition, from around 8 a.m., the staff in the corridor were also quite noisy.

The room is clean and comfortable and very well priced at EUR 27 in the off season. There is ample street parking around the accommodation.
A table light for working on the table would really help since there is not enough light at the table.
