Appartamento rinnovato con gusto e cura al dettaglio. In centro a Polignano ma silenzioso di notte per dormire. C’è la possibilità di affittare, ad un costo aggiuntivo, un posto auto in garage lì vicino e accanto ad un comodo supermercato. La camera da letto è arredata deliziosamente, il doppio bagno è una comodità in più. La terrazza accanto alla cucina è incantevole: si può mangiare sotto un bel pergolato di vite, ci sono piante grasse stupende e c’è e anche un lavandino esterno molto comodo. C’è tutto l’occorrente per soggiornare più giorni: lavatrice, ferro da stiro, phon con diffusore, set da bagno, asciugamani a sufficienza, teli mare, ombrellone per la spiaggia e uno stendino che può essere posizionato in una zona del terrazzino senza che i panni stesi ne rovinino l’estetica. Ci sono zanzariere (ma di
zanzare fortunatamente non ne abbiamo viste) e aria condizionata. La cucina è accessoriata e dotata dell’essenziale ma indispensabile per cucinare e per fare colazione: olio evo spremuto a freddo, acqua minerale di benvenuto, scottex, tovaglioli, cialde del caffè, biscotti, tisane, marmellate etc. La terrazza al terzo piano vista tetti, come si suol dire, “vale il viaggio”: romantica, ideale per la sera o al tramonto, fantastica all’alba per fare yoga all’aperto. L’host è stato disponibile ma anche discreto. È vero, ci sono scale un po’ ripide e chi è molto alto potrebbe dover fare attenzione, ma la perfezione non esiste. A noi l’appartamento è piaciuto tantissimo.
Solo qualche dettaglio. Soggiornando più giorni, abbiamo sentito un po’ la mancanza di una piccola lavastoviglie e qualche padella in più perché l’unica che c’era era rigata e consumata.

Beautiful accommodation, it had everything you could wish for, stunning terraces, very clean and tidy, comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Right in the heart of Polignano, could ask for any more!!

Beautiful apartment, excellent location. Gianni is extremely accommodating. The apartment is well fitted, immaculately clean and the views from the top balcony are worth every penny. The location is absolutely on point. Parking is off site but not an issue at all.

The apartment was very clean and a great deal of thought had been made to provide everything you needed
The location was central to everything you needed , such as restaurants, small supermarket, train station
the beaches
The host Gianni was extremely helpful and reacted very quickly to any questions you put to him.
All in all I would recommend this apartment for a stay in Polignana a mare.
