About this apartment rental
Beautiful duplex apartment in the center of Cauterets, opposite the thermal baths, on the top floor of a small residence with lift. Open view. Ski cellar in the basement, public parking at the foot of the residence. large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes: bedroom 1: a bed 140, bedroom 2: 2 beds 90, bedroom 3: a sofa bed 140, 2 bunk beds 90 plus 1 bed drawer, a bathroom, 2 independent toilets, storeroom, on the floor a 4th room with a bed of 140 and cupboard, room of bath annexed with shower and TOILET and a 5th room with a bed of 140
PS: for information, You will be well asked a deposit of 1000 € by bank check apart from the reservation to avoid you the management fees abritel on this sum. It must be sent to us with the resort insurance policy before your arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned after your departure and checking the apartment.
TARIFF CURE: 290 € / SEM (3 WEEKS) IN MAY JUNE SEPTEMBER OCTOBER NOVEMBER

The place is really amazing and the location is the best. It is big enough for 6 people and even more. Véronique and his husband were so helpful with everything, including giving us tips about the surroundings. My only concern and the only reason not to give 5 stars was that it wasn't clear in the website that towels and bed linens were not included. We have seen that explicit in other houses - which seems to be a thing in the area and french people must be used to it, but we were coming from Brazil and since we didn't see the disclaimer in the website, we thought it was fine. We got in the apartment quite late at night and weren't able to rent towels and to have a proper shower. Véronique was helpful enough and everything was set in the next day, however it was not a pleasant experience once we got there. That was the only reason not to give 5 stars and for sure next time I would love to rent this place - and to rent towels since the beginning.

cet appartement situé en plein centre ville est idéal pour des marcheurs . Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Il est super equipé pour 13 à14 personnes de tous ages.La déco intérieure est soignée et la vue par les très nombreuses fenêtres est imprenable sur la ville et la montagne.les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et on se sent très vite à l'aise dans ce lieu comme si nous étions leurs invités.A recommander absolument
