The home is well laid out and comfortable for a family. There is a large dinner table, in a great room open to the living area. A screened in porch off the dining area leads to an enclosed back yard, which is especially nice. There is a washer in the basement, but no dryer, which I think is typical in Belgium. The only negative we saw was a plumbing issue, that means the upstairs toilet, by the bedrooms, can only be used as a urinal. There is a small bathroom just inside the front door on the main level, with a fully functional toilet, but it has no sink. The owner was very helpful and friendly, and check in and check out were simple.

Nice sized living areas, all clean and furniture in good condition. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, but some instructions for the oven/microwave would have been handy! The only thing we really didn't like was that the only place to dry laundry was in the cellar, which left a damp smell on our clothes. All in all this was a relatively minor inconvenience, and did not stop us enjoying our holiday.

We stayed for four weeks and everything about the house was comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need for daily cooking or having guests over for dinner. The three bedrooms and bathroom were plenty of space for us. And the living room and solarium and backyard meant everybody had space for themselves. It’s only a few minute walk to the Heverlee train station, which is a five minute train ride to Leuven and from there you can go anywhere in Europe. We rented electric bikes while we were there and it was only a few minute ride into the center of Leuven or anywhere throughout Leuven. From the beginning, communication with the owner was easy and clear. Everything about all of the logistics went smoothly. The neighborhood itself is a very good neighborhood. Lots of quiet families. All the streets are deadend streets so no through traffic or noise. We would highly recommend this place to anybody who would like to be in a comfortable house near Leuven. But please do not go during the weeks we want to come back. We are already planning our next trip!

Spacious and well equipped house in a very quiet cul-de-sac with parking and excellent bus and train links into Leuven centre. Perfect for our stay while racing cyclocross over Kerstperiode.

We stayed here for a work trip in Leuven. If you hire bikes, it is very convenient to reach the city centre. The house is very comfortable and tidy. There is a good sized lounge and dining room, as well as sunroom and outdoor area. Thank you An.

The stay in this house was uncomplicated and comfortable. Communication with the hostess An was very good! The only downside, was that the house is dated. Some renewal attempts were made, However, it could benefit from a simple touch up. Other than that it has everything one needs for a comfortable and nice stay!

Very good choice for families and friends. The landlady, An, was very caring and good at follow Ing up on our mails. Covid-19 pre vented us from actualy meeting her. Clean apartement, easy parking. Quite area, no traffic. Down sides were no toilet upstairs and steep stairs. We will definitly consider this place if we will go to Leuven again.

The house was great for me and my family and we had a good time there. There was enough space for the children and it was very quiet. The quiet was especially a bonus for me, so that I could rest properly away from my noisy city and even meditate. One could have thought of toilet upstairs so that it is not always necessary to go downstairs.

The property is dated but charmingly so. It was spotless on arrival, all communication with An was easy and swift, and check in easy. The house was very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The location was great, with a wonderful, friendly and good value restaurant a few minutes walk away. The shower was fantastic and the little garden quiet and very pleasant to use, while the neighbourhood seemed calm with lots of young families. The only downside was no toilet upstairs (only downstairs) but we coped and would still definitely look to stay there again if we come to Leuven again (which we hope to do next year). Thank you An!

We stayed in Leuven for a short family holiday and a conference. The house was very clean, homely and well-equipped. The owner An was very responsive to messages, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well set up for families, and our daughter enjoyed the small play area opposite the house. The house is about half an hour walk from Leuven centre, and there is also a bus at the top of the street that takes you into Leuven in about 15 minutes. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Leuven.
