The location was great for us, close to the train station and right next to 'Het Depot' venue. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff went the extra mile to enable early check in for us and we were able to leave our bags for some hours after check out.

As my husband is less mobile, the lack of an elevator was a little discomfort, luckilly we were given a room on the first floor, but otherwise a great place to stay !

The breakfast not big choice , but fine to start day. Location is very convenient: train station on a doorstep and just few minutes walk to the centre of Leuven.
We liked the restaurant underneath. It was always full.
The room was very tiny and no air conditioning. On the weekend we stayed we could not open windows as there was a bicycle race starting in front of our hotel and organisers been working from early hours. The noise was even with the closed windows so poor sound insulation.

The room was very spacious and location was great close to the station.
Our room was right above the terrace they had with many people smoking. It was a hot day, so either windows open with smoke or closed and hot. The included breakfast was also okay, in the upstairs area of the restaurant where I had to duck under the beams to not hit my head (I’m 185cm).

"Very helpful staff. He helped me with the luggage because there is no elevator. Also he changed the room from floor 2 to floor 1. I had a 1 bed room. It id close to the center and to the rail station."
