Location, location, location. It’s situated close to the city center with all its charm and amenities. Also, the owners were very responsive.
First of all, this place has a lot of potential to be amazing. There are just a few things that could be easily changed to make things better.
1) The sofa in the living room is absurdly low to the ground and is almost impossible to sit in.
2) The lack of any hand soap in the bathroom.
3) There were merely three coffee packets for two people on a three day stay.
4) It was quite hot and there is no air conditioning and the large fan was broken. There were two smaller fans though.
5) We attempted to use the washing machine, but when we opened it there was a very unpleasant odor emanating from it. We ended up having to go to a laundromat.

Great location in close proximity to the city centre, everything you need is nearby, even the train station within a comfortable walking distance.
Apartment was very nice and organized, and surprisingly no air conditioning was really needed.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Bathroom was modern and clean.
The hosts were always available and responsive.
Occasional neighbourhood noise
Kitchen equipment could be improved.
Some minor things were missing in the bathroom (e.g., hand soap)

Beaucoup d’escaliers à monter à pied pour accéder au logement, stationnement payant et en face du logement souvent des réunions de jeunes qui fessait du bruit jusque 4h du matin
