It was a ground level property. Good central location to town and the silverstone museum
All the fire doors to get to the property. I’m a wheelchair user and the doors were too heavy to open and get my wheelchair through without help. Plus the dripping kitchen tap was annoying whilst trying to watch tv in the evenings.

Quiet. Secure parking. Comfortable. Clean. Good location ten minutes from railway station. The area in general felt safe and trouble free.
No sign for hot water boiler switch in hallway, looked like a light switch so we switched it off leaving us without hot water. Rang proprietor early and he was very helpful despite it being early. Lounge very hot even with curtains closed. No instructions for cooker so could not get it working. Pans for cooking sadly lacking. We had decided to cook for ourselves on first night but there was only a small saucepan and small frying pan. We had to buy a pan to cook because we couldn't get oven working. Flooring in lounge damaged. One dining room chair missing a screw in cross strut making it dangerous to sit on. Freezer requires a de-frost. Tap in twin bedroom loose. Furniture looked tired (wardrobe badly marked, Lino coming up in twin en-suite and some tiles were not replaced correctly.
