Great staff and a nice lobby that provided hot and cold water, microwave, and fridge. Great luggage policies for storage in the day. Constantly switches codes for safety.
Top bunk bed is difficult to get to if you have an injured foot, cramped in the luggage/shoe area (and sometimes not enough space if other guests choose to take up more than one slot due to large boots/slippers)

I liked that the capsules had a fan so they didn't get too hot, and that the pull down curtain blocked a lot of the light.
The lobby area seemed like it didn't get cleaned that often; for instance, there was a half consumed can of soda next to the couch, and it stayed there for many days. There is no kitchen, just a microwave and a hot water kettle.
By the beds, there is a baggage "corral", but no actual lockers (there is a tiny locker in each sleep capsule, but it's for a couple small things like a wallet and passport--too small for a laptop, tablet or dSLR). There IS however a big cabinet thing just for shoes, which seems like space that could've been used instead for lockers.
I bought a lunch for the train trip that I would be going on after checking out, but although my lunch bag had my name, bed number and check out date on it, it was thrown away by the staff, so I lost the $10 lunch stuff for my trip.
Also, the TV was on all the time, and it was always playing a game show with a lot of cartoon sound effects—it didn't make for a relaxing place to eat your microwaved food; it felt like the TV was just to keep the staff from getting bored.
