Die Lage mit der Aussicht zum See ist herrlich… die Zimmer sind sauber und die Ausstattung war genau richtig… Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See ist Topp… und alle dort vom Empfang bis zum Frühstück sind wirklich herzlich und helfen wo es nur geht :))
Leider gibt es keine deutschen Fernsehsender…da ich gerne die Nachrichten sehe wäre es schön ARD oder ZDF in der Senderliste zu haben

Sehr gute Lage direkt am See, nur durch eine kleine Strasse getrennt, auf welcher samstags der Markt stattfindet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Check-In wäre erst um 1600 Uhr. Der Betreiber erschien aber bereits eine Stunde früher, sodass wir einchecken konnten. Es wird Kaffee und frisches Obst umsonst angeboten. Das Zimmer schien kürzlich renoviert worden zu sein. Gemütlich und mit alles was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wird im angebauten Hotel Europa eingenommen. Das Angebot ist ausreichend und die Speisen sind gut.
Draussen hat es einen kleinen, schönen Pool, der für eine Erfrischung sorgt. Nur leider habe ich nirgends Sonnenschirme oder sonstige Schattenplätze gesehen. Für das BB Sul Lago stehen lediglich drei Parkplätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Wer zuerst kommt, parkiert zuerst. Ansonsten muss in der nahen Umgebung auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parkiert werden.

Lovely staff at a nice breakfast, nice lady also in reception. Good bike storage.
The toilet seat had delaminated and looked gross and unhygienic.The first night the room was hot and we could not sleep. The air conditioner did not have a remote, nor was a fan available. Our room had a balcony adjacent to the fire escape and you could easily enter our room if we left the door open to try and cool our room. I asked reception about a fan but was told no that I could not have one, shoulders were shrugged and basically told nothing could be done about the room overheating. Ie, you have to put up with it.
