Located in Key Colony Beach, this charming house for $175 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy beautiful and clean Key Colony Beach! Private pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor seating on canal. 3 bedrooms one with bunks plus access to the Cabana Club. Walking distance to Sunset Park. NOTICE: WE DO NOT RENT OUTSIDE OF VRBO. IF YOU GET AN UNSOLICITED EMAIL ABOUT THIS PROPERTY, IT IS A SCAM. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON CRAIGS LIST. Key Colony Beach is it's own city outside of Marathon Florida in the Middle Keys. Very quiet and safe. Has private pool or walk to the beach front park, or use our membership to the Cabana Club and their private beach. Located on 11th Street, this single family home is quiet. Two bedrooms are set up for adults and one bedroom has two bunk beds. This unit will sleep 7 (legal maximum capacity). Plenty of car parking is provided by the two car garage and large driveway. Includes a Kayak and two beach bikes. This home is SMOKE-FREE and CLEAN. Wi-Fi access, no cable tv but smart TVs allow for access to Dstream with live TV. Fully furnished, amenities featured are listed below including: ceiling fans, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The large back deck overlooks 75’ of boat dockage on a 100' wide, deep water canal with cement bulkhead, with very easy access that leads to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Allow one small dog only and not allowed on furniture. Guests must leave yard 100% cleaned up and house free of all pet hair. Renters agree and acknowledge that the house is next to the water. Aquatic vessels such as paddle boards, kayaks, floaties etc. may be provided or may be left by other renters. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS WEAR A LIFE JACKET. Owners are not responsible for any accidents or deaths. RECREATE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Use of Cabana Club includes: ocean beach, heated pool, showers, restrooms, poolside cocktail lounge, game room, fishing pier, snack bar, and Cabana Breezes Restaurant. 50' TV. Many nearby attractions and activities . . Dolphin Research Center, Theatre of the Sea, Crane Point Hammock & Museum, Bahia Honda State Park, Key West, etc, etc. On KCB 9 hole PAR 3 golf, tennis, bocci ball, basketball court, pickle ball, horseshoe area, playgrounds, bike, walking and roller blade paths, boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, diving, and snorkeling. A FUN PLACE: Miniature Golf at Boondocks (MM 27.5) and while there enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. RESTAURANTS ON KEY COLONY BEACH: Key Colony Inn, Havana Jacks, and Sparky's Landing (all a short walk or drive) Across Hwy 1 is The Island Grill. Many more restaurants in Marathon too numerous to mention (List posted in rental units) Commercial air connection is available to Key West, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Airports. Major car rentals available at all airports. There are four cameras on this property. One is in the garage, one on the driveway,one facing the front porch, and one facing the trashcans/canal. If you would like see the cameras during your stay, we can share the links. These cameras are meant for safety and trash can monitoring, as we receive fines if cans are on the road too early or too late. There are no indoor cameras or any cameras facing pool, patio, seating areas outside. Please contact owner before booking for any pet requests. By accepting this rental agreement, you agree to release owners of the house of any liability whatsoever. Renters agree and acknowledge that the house is next to the water. Aquatic vessels such as paddle boards, kayaks, floaties etc. may be provided or may be left by other renters. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS WEAR A LIFE JACKET. The cabana club is a must… a chilled pool after a long hot day is perfect. We enjoyed the location on the canals. It was easy to pop out for a sunset cruise or shoot out to Sombrero reef. The bunk beds were great for kiddos and the pool is the perfect size. It was easy to cook dinner and watch the kids out the front window. We would love to stay here again.

House was perfect! The size, location, all of it! The silverware was dirty in the drawer and the queen size bed in the spare room was extremely uncomfortable. All in all, I would still stay again!

We chose the property due to the location on the canal. The area was peaceful and serene. When we were at the house, we stayed busy fishing (the bait cooler in the garage already had bait!), in the pool and hot tub, and watching the wildlife. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Pool floats were provided as well as paddle boards. Linens and towels were quality and beds were comfy.

Huge dock for fishing!!! My kids caught so many fish! The pool was the perfect temp and so clean. The house was stocked with hand soap and had trash bags, tp, even bait! So nice to have some starter supplies !! Thank you!

The house was well appointed with all of the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The bunk bed room was just what we needed for our 3 college age boys. The pool and hot tub were a lovely way for my friend and I to relax while our "boys" were off fishing. The bulkhead made it easy to hop into the boat and go whenever they wanted. The close proximity to shopping and dining were also a plus. We would definitely return to this home given the opportunity.

We had a great time. House is hosted by great folks. House location on exit end of a wide canal close to Vaca Cut. Quick in and out. Nice pool right on property. Also had access to Cabana Club. Close to sunset beach and plenty of parking.

Wow- I can’t say enough about how amazing this home was! It was your own piece of paradise without even leaving! We vacationed with our in-laws and had something for everyone including privacy:) We stayed Thanksgiving week and the weather was a perfect 70-75. The pool made for a sunny relaxing morning and the hot tub was wonderful for the chilly evenings. Our teenage boys loved fishing from the dock in the backyard at all times of the day… we saw a bit of every kind of sea life :) The kayak was great .. I recommend enjoying a ride around each canal area to see how amazing the area is from the water.. the bike ride was a must! The homes in the Key Colony are breathtaking- what a wonderful and safe area! We drove to Key West for the day but recommend 2 or more days to enjoy all it has to offer! The Turtle Hospital was my daughters favorite and enjoyable for the whole family! We fished on the Marathon Lady and really enjoyed ourselves.. the owner and mates were great! It was a perfect first fishing trip for ages 8-75:) Sombrero Beach was the best! Nice clean beach area and plenty of places for beach chairs. We snorkeled at the Bahia Honda State Park. Lazy days is so yummy! The owners were amazing and would respond quickly and always available if needed:) The home has a new tile floor all over which was great! The rooms are spacious and the closets are all walk in with plenty of space! We honestly did not want to leave! The garage was nice to have as well! We fell in love with this home, community and area!

This is the second time we vacation at Key Colony. The first time had a blast, but this time it was way better and that was mainly due to being able to stay in this great property. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Plenty of docking space for my 35’ boat, super clean hot tub and pool. The enclosed garage was very useful to store our car and other all the water toys. Kids used the bicycles and kayak. The house was very spacious for our party of 6 + our Maltese. Very clean with plenty of items in the kitchen to prepare any meal you can think of. An all around winner!!!

The owner was quick to answer any questions. Plenty of docking space for my 35’ boat, super clean hot tub and pool. The enclosed garage was very useful to store our car and other all the water toys. Kids used the bicycles and kayak. The house was very spacious for our party of 6 + our Maltese. Very clean with plenty of items in the kitchen to prepare any meal you can think of.
