Bed is comfy

Very small room, room is on the 3rd flloor Need to carry all the luggages up the stairs. No lift, when someone use the middle floor common Kitchen to Cook, the whole building can smell and even smelly in the room.

No heated flooring, not even in bathroom which is strange for a ski chalet.

The property was exceptionally clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly respectful, professional, The location is excellent, close to everything, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. Even the housekeeping staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Great to have boot warmers in the lower level. A full size fridge in the shared kitchen area was great. Tv in the bedroom also great. working heaters good too.

Broken lockers so we couldn’t secure our expensive skis. Pubes in the bathroom on arrival so not a very good cleaner! A very limited supply of kitchen utensils considering the price we were paying for the stay.
