FANTASTIC!!!

Location was fantastic! The location is right on the lake in Lierna with a ferry port to Bellagio literally outside the apartment. Max, our host was fantastic! He even had a bottle of Asti as an arrival gift. Check in and check out was a breeze, with a lock box for the keys.

Great location, large and comfortable place. Good for vacationing

The location is really wonderful. It was located on the water with a wonderful view of the lake. It was over a restaurant (which we had a fantastic meal at) and was next to a cafe, bakery and small grocery story. Whereas the boat timing at the peer where we were was not perfect, it was a short drive to other ferries to take us around the lake (for instance to Bellagio).

Although there were supposedly parking spaces reserved for us, they were both occupied when we arrived. The biggest issue is that the air conditioning broke on day 2 (it sounded on its way out the first night). I did specifically book the place because we knew it would be very hot - and it was). Otherwise I would have given all 10's.

Dreams come true here.

Absolutely the best place to stay. The owner was extremely helpful. The ferry is right next to the building, and you can easily explore the lake from there. Free parking is available next to the building. The apartment is huge, and you can easily get lost on your way to the bathroom 😁 the view from the apartment over Lake como is breathtaking. I will definitely return to A Dream On The Lake because that's what it exactly was.

We had a great time.

Great location right by the lake. The views were great. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The host was super helpful in making sure we were able to get into the apartment.

Great accomodation! I'm looking forward to my next visit here.

"A dream on the Lake" is a lovely place to stay! We've spent four nights with five guys in september on a motorcycle trip, and all of us really enjoyed being here. You'll find two bedrooms (one double bed, one with two singles) and an extra double sofa bed in the livingroom/kitchen. The house is quiet at night, we all slept really well. While having breakfast we had a wonderful view on the lake. There is a ferry port just below the window and a train station in a three minutes walk. Restaurants, cafés, a bar and shopping is near by. Paolo (the owner) is friendly, always available (phone) and speaks fluent english. Thank's a lot!

Beautiful view, lovely apartment, great host

Beautiful location in quiet Lierna, away from the typical Como crowds. Paolo was very helpful and Dragana met us promptly with the keys and showed us around. The apartment had superb views across the lake, was very spacious and generally well equipped. Paolo recommended Il Crotto as a local restaurant which was very good also

Our only comment was that the main bed was rather squeaky! Otherwise, all great!

Everything just perfect, best location, beautiful, big and clean apartment has everything we need, all neighbors very friendly, best restaurant at downstairs, good pizza, ice cream shop and supermarket and train station very close . The owner Paolo is very friendly and helpful, supper recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!

View to the lake. Large appartement. Newly renovated. Friendly and pleasant host. Close to station, supermarket, lake, forest, mountains, restaurant, bakery. Calm place. Very local, away from tourist highway but close to take there in short time. Definately value for money.

The apartment and it’s location is just perfect.My family and I enjoyed staying there.I’m very grateful to the host Paolo, whom we saw only once,but who took care of us and was always available via What’s App if we had questions. The apartment is big,light and clean.It’s really pleasant to be there.The view on the lake is exactly like it’s on photos. We arrived very late in the middle in the night.Paolo sent us clear instructions in advance on how to get to the apartment.It was super easy,clear and fast. There was a bottle of water and wine for us as a compliment on the table inside.A bottle of water was exactly what was needed after a trip.Moreover,Paolo helped us to organize transfer back to the airport. Besides,you have absolutely everything in the apartment for a comfortable stay,even a fire distinguisher and a first aid kit.There are information folders with up to date information on tourist attractions and boat time tables.There is a boat venue just down stairs near the apartment.You can see it from window.You can easily get by boat to the towns on the Lake Como. In 5 minutes walk there is a train station which was very comfortable also. As for the town,Lierna,it is small,beautiful and calm.You can easily get to the other locations from there by boats,trains and a car.There is a cafe on the square, couple of shops and a pharmacy near by. We really enjoyed our stay.I absolutely recommend that place.
