Passcode did not work; stuck in the dark outside in 28F

It was comfortable.

After driving all day, we arrived after dark, and it took us a while to find the apartment door since there was no light on outside it while all the other doors had their lights on. We found it with our phone light, but I was concerned that the other apartment dwellers were worried about people looking around the little nooks and crannies outside their apartment complex. We then could not get in with the passcode we were given in the booking message. We called and with the help of a rep could not get the passcode to work. We then got the backup key box combo but when we opened that, there was no key inside. After more than an hour in the dark, 28F weather with only a phone light, the Call rep gave us a new passcode that she had reset, and we finally got in. Inside it was 56F and it took hours for us to warm up and get comfortable. We stayed there for two days and it was sufficient but that miserable welcome really put a damper on our stay. There should always be a local management contact, there should have been a light on and it should have had actual heat on inside when outside is below freezing. When dealing with management through messaging afterwards, they were insulting and rude calling our inability to get in with the passcode “user error” when it was their passcode system that failed. Once they reset it with a new passcode, we got in right away. That was icing on the cake as far as a bad welcome and bad finish.

Too small for our needs - 3 adults.

Location. About 1.3miles from resort.

Apartment was much smaller than the pictures made it look. We had someone sleep on the sleeper sofa. That person had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. A little inconvenient in the middle of the night. Dining table had chairs that sat very low. Felt like my chin was on table.

Exceptional

Perfect accomodations for 8 people.

If you happen to be the one to sleep in the attic and senior without air conditioning... not so good.

Nice place to stay but needs a few repairs and updates.

Location was very good. It was very clean and was well stocked with plenty of towels, washcloths, pillows, etc. Lots to do while you’re there. The kids loved the set up. We had wi-fi issues but we contacted the customer service and they came out quickly to repair it.

It’s hard to find in the dark, there’s not a lot of outdoor lighting. A few boards on the walkway to the condo had holes in them or were loose. They had painted the boards with holes red but you can’t see them in the dark. The tack strip between the kitchen dining area needs to be taken out. It was catching on our socks and scratching peoples feet. We had some issues with wi-fi as well.
