About this house rental
Family size Lockwood style bach set one house back from the beach in a great central location near the surf club. Peek views of the sea through the mature pohutukawa trees. Easy 100 metre walk to the beautiful sandy beach. 2 minute walk to shop, and the stunning, pohutukawa lined, child friendly lagoon is less than a 5 minute walk away. Scenic valley views to the west side. The property is surrounded by established trees, hedges and lawns. Enjoy eating alfresco on the deck. Comfortable beds and open plan living/kitchen design for relaxed, family friendly holidays.

Very welcoming hosts, tidy and clean home with a great little back yard, some sea views and a gate connecting to a walk way which just added to its great location and easy walking with little kids to all the main areas - lagoon, local shop, park and surf club. Would definitely stay again and is a fabulous stay for young families wanting to enjoy this slice of paradise

We were two families staying together and this bach suited us perfectly. We loved the location especially, so close to the beach and cafe. We locked our cars when we arrived and didn’t open them again till we left.

The property was well appointed and as described, in a super convenient location near the store and the beach.
Unfortunately we were disappointed at the cleanliness of the house as there were a lot of spider webs and dead insects and it needed a good vacuum. We suspect it hadn’t been used in some time and hadn’t been checked prior to our arrival.
