Situated in Briançon, this charming house for $57 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Type of accommodation: 2 room apartment (32m²) in a fully renovated village house Capacity: 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) Location: house located in a beautiful, very quiet village in the village of Puy Saint Pierre overlooking the town of Briançon Parking vehicle: parking spaces near the accommodation (50 m) Amenities: - All shops at 6 kms - SNCF and road station at 6.5 kms Sporting activities : - Access ski lifts Serre Chevalier (Prorel cable car departure to 5 kms and possibility of access to the intermediate station 10 minutes walk from the village of Puy Saint Pierre) - Nautical center and ice rink at 6 kms - Water sports base at 6 kms - Immediate access to the GR50 and close to many hiking routes (Guisane valley, Nevache valley, Upper Durance valley, Queyras, Ecrins, Italy Housing detail: - 1 living room with kitchen (hotplates, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave) and TV (TNT channels) - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 single bunk beds (90x190) - 1 bathroom (shower and sink) equipped with electric fan heater - 1 separate WC - Housing located on the 1st level of the house and accessible by an old stone outside staircase (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and not recommended for people with walking difficulties - Possibility to store equipment (skis, bicycles, ...) on the ground floor in secure premises (on request) - Very nice view of the surrounding mountains - Pets not allowed - No smoking - Bed linen and tea towels provided on request - Towels provided as an option (5 € / person) Deposit: a deposit of 50 € will be required to cover the cleaning fee if the apartment is not returned clean
