The atmosphere of the hotel was really nice. It is at the center of a big pine tree garden with a really nice pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. We liked the breakfast dining area. There was free parking space for our car. The room was spacious and we had a private terrace, although we didn’t use.
This is one of the most expensive hotels that I’ve ever stayed and yet it felt more like a camping experience. The room amenities were not sufficient. You can’t have coffee or tea in your room. And also the bathroom lacked basic things like cotton pads, ear buds, etc. We found one opened and empty shower cap package in the bathroom which suggests sluggish room preparation. The duvets were not covered and we hade to use them by putting on provided sheets which isn’t comfortable and doesn’t feel hygienic. The pool bar is self-service. The pool is covered with a plastic along with the deck area in front of the rooms. The blinds at the door of the room was not sufficient to darken the room. Our room was facing the pool area which was lighted during the night. So it wasn’t possible to have a completely dark room for a night sleep. The refrigerator at the room was not in a cabinet so it was making quite a lot of noise when its on and making even louder sounds when its turning off so we had to unplugged it during our stay. Hotel had all these signs asking for recommendations to improve their service but I believe these details are some major issues management should have checked before.

Solitude and proximity to beautiful beach.
Shower in bedroom was dreadful! Water lukewarm at best despite telling them on day 1. Additionally they lent us a kettle for the room and then charged us €3/day! Also, you are only allowed 2 coffees at breakfast, after which they charge you!!! Two examples of penny pinching when we paid £250/night!!! Madness and leaves a very sour taste in the mouth!

Beautiful property, excellent staff!
The pool towels are more of a quick drying camping towel, they really should change this. I would also add they need better bread and fresh fruits at breakfast.

Amazing little gem hidden away in the tranquility of the forest. The resort compound is beautifully designed, the rooms clean, spacious and classy, the staff friendly and professional and the overall experience a 10/10. Would love to go back there :)
