Location. It is just a walking distance to SM City Legazpi and other major malls, public market, terminals, church, etc. Mayon volcano can be spotted by the window. The staff are friendly and helpful.
No lift or elevator. The rooms are on the third floor. This was not mentioned on their online information.

The room is ok, exceeded my expectations. I was also able to borrow a flat iron which is a life saver. The crew are nice as well. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
There is no cabinet that you can put your luggage but there's a rack where you can hang your clothes. But your luggage is too big then you'd have to place it on the floor. The shower is not working, they have "Tabo and Timba".
