I think it’s important to note this property is undergoing heavy construction. From what other residence have said there was a fire from floor 15 all the way down to P1. This does not make getting into the property difficult or affect the room however the amenities listed for this property and not useable at all. I feel extremely misinformed about the property as I did reserve this within the owner knowing of these damages/construction and amenity closures. The cascade club is under construction and is not useable. The pool and 1 hot tub are also not useable. The washrooms are the only access to the 1 hot tub that you are able to use however they do not allow you to change, shower or use the washroom services at the cascade club area. Once this properties construction has been completed I’m sure it will be great. Lastly I would like to also note the kitchen is very well stocked and the views are lovely. Only noticeable downside was the cleanliness was poor. The bathrooms were not clean and the living area had not been vacuumed.

We stayed for 35 days in Erika’s place and the accommodations and management of the condo was fantastic! The neighbour hood is quiet and safe, the complex is extremely nice and the unit is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. There were no essentials missing during our stay. Erika was very responsive and helpful during our entire stay, right down to making sure we can watch our Winnipeg Jets when we did not have the correct channel. I would strongly recommend staying at her unit when visiting Kelowna.

When we decided to book a girls getaway, being central and pampered were two key considerations. Erika’s condo delivered! Everything was walkable (restaurants, beach, shopping, hiking) and the property was glamorous! Beautiful chandeliers, huge windows with breathtaking views, very JLo with white everywhere. We had a fabulous time!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful Kelowna condo. The views were breathtaking, and the condo was equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We took full advantage of the balcony, swimming pool and hot tub, and even the billiards room was a fun bonus. The location was perfect for any planned activity. Communication with the host was very simple and Erika was very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to visit Kelowna and would love to come back again.

Staying at the Waterscapes Skye condo in Kelowna was a wonderful experience in many ways. It was great to arrive at a property and have it meet all the expectations listed in the description. It is a fantastic location on the Okanagan waterfront. The views of lake and surrounding mountains were astounding such that we enjoyed just "staying in" on cooler days. The condo itself is tastefully decorated, well-equipped and clean. The owner, Erika, provided excellent instructions and was available to assist with questions during check-in. We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Kelowna.

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location. A short stroll to the lake or downtown area. The view of the lake from inside as well as from the balcony is absolutely stunning! The unit is tastefully decorated and very clean with all of the conveniences of home. Check-in was simple and our host Erika was only a call or text away. She went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable and answer any questions when needed. We were lucky to have found this gem of a condo. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it!!

This property is well-appointed and very well-stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake and the cityscape, and the lights at night. Location is great for walking along the waterfront and access to downtown, with more restaurants, brewpubs and coffee shops than we had time for. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. We would return without hesitation!

The Skye condo was beautiful! Well laid out and very comfortable for 2 couples. Spotlessly clean, and well stocked with everything we could possibly need- ended up staying in and cooking most of our meals as we enjoyed our evenings with the amazing views. Facing West we had sun all day and enjoyed lounging on the balcony. Location was perfect- right by the water and easy walks to shops and downtown. Erika was a great host- from immediate initial contact, detailed instructions and checking in to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Six glorious days in a spacious, well stocked 16th floor condo. Killer views of lake okanagon during the day. We dazzled friends with pics of the night sky and city-scape as well. Great walks along the waterfront, and we found 2 terrific breakfast places and more dinner options than we could get to in one trip. Was there anything we didn't like about the place? Hard to come up with improvement opportunities, but here is my best shot. Where is the Netflix??? There was a selection of DVD movies so bad it was actually pretty funny. We also had a small problem with the oven, and our host Erika was very responsive... even though it was not a bother. Yah... this place is pretty sweet, so you cant go wrong. My evil plan worked. My wife fell in love with Kelowna, and I was the hero who made it all happen. We will be definitely be back!!!
