From the very start to the finish, 100% terrific. We hope that leaving a flower in water would be appreciated. Sharon also suggested that I sweep the side deck. She saw some leaves! The leaf peeping was not as spectacular as your cabin. We’ll be back.

Mark was great and very friendly. The property is beautiful, clean and inviting. The radiant floor heat is so nice! Still love having a fire in the stove and the outdoor fire pit with the pond is great. Exactly as described, and would definitely make a return visit. Thank you! Bob and Staci

We received everything we were looking for in quiet weekend getaway. From quiet nights by the fire, the cooking of comfort foods, the people within the town, to waking up to turkey's roaming about the yard. It was a beautiful and peaceful getaway! We will definitely be back again!

Perfect 'cabin in the woods!' Extremely quiet & relaxing. Cabin was perfectly stocked with anything you could possibly need. The grounds around the place are just breathtaking and beautiful. Mark places a great deal of care and attention into the property and it clearly shows!

At this get away you will find a cozy, clean cabin with a little pond, perfect for reading next to. It has some beautiful areas within fifteen minutes. There’s also a great little country store 10 minutes away. Perfect place to unwind.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. It is well equipped, very organized, extremely comfortable, and has a lot of space and privacy. We enjoyed playing horseshoes and watching the “waterfall” on the rock behind the koi pond in the rain. Excellent get away.

we were lucky enough to spend our holiday in an incredible cabin. this is a truly cozy place in which the owners have thought of everything for the comfort of vacationers. You can spend time outdoors in a beautiful gazebo, you can admire a small lake with its inhabitants - goldfish. you can also spend time outdoors by the fire, if you come in winter or it's raining, it doesn't matter, there is a fireplace in the house where you can make a fire. There are also toys for kids to keep them entertained. And yet, you will have the opportunity to cook your own breakfast from homemade eggs, carefully left by the owners for you. we have had exceptionally good impressions.

We celebrated Thanksgiving at the cabin and it couldn't have been any better! The property is beautiful and the cabin is impeccably kept. I prepared most of the food before arrival but everything we needed to host family and friends was in the cabin. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I loved the secluded log cabin for a fall getaway. Mark & Diane were great hosts. The weather was a little rainy so we had to spend a little more time inside than we had planned but we made some great dinners and breakfasts in the well stocked kitchen and just hung out and read in the cozy cabin. When the weather finally cleared we had a great fire in the firepit, which Mark keeps well stocked with tons of wood. The location is great for hiking close by. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful cabin, with huge skylights, a modern kitchen with any appliance you may need, and a lovely view of pond and small waterfall beyond a real fire pit. The hosts had set up the wood burning stove for easy lighting. But there was also good central heating--through the floors, very comfortable. The beds were excellent too. We had a very good time here and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect rental to get away & relax. We had a family wedding nearby & used this rental instead of getting hotel rooms. I’m so glad we did! Beautiful log cabin, with everything included. So helpful to not have to bring our own linens & towels. It was well stocked with all the essentials & the owners even left us a dozen fresh eggs. We enjoyed our time there, even though we weren’t there a whole lot. It was very peaceful & we took advantage of reading outside in the screened gazebo, games of horseshoes and a fire in the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend!!

This was the perfect home for our family (grandparents, mother and one child -8yo) Everything that was need for us to stay the weekend was included, besides food (except for the fresh chicken eggs!). The home was spotless, including the porch! No spiders or spider webs. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this rental. Not only is the home beautiful, the owners are fantastic! We are already planning a trip back for next year.

My family and I enjoyed our week at this cabin very much. It was well-stocked with all the essentials to relax, play outside, make meals and sleep comfortably. The fire pit outside was a definite highlight. We ate s’mores almost every night! The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous. Would definitely come back!

We stayed here for two nights to visit nearby family. It’s a beautiful, well maintained property. Communication with Mark and Diane was easy and great. They helped us out by providing a pack and play, high chair and baby gate. Everything was wonderful, my only regret is that we didn’t get to spend more time there because we were at my family’s house for most of the weekend. We’d love to come back in the future and explore more!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mark and Diane’s cabin! The cabin itself is beautiful; we really enjoyed the fire pit and the little pond out back! We appreciated the helpful recommendations from Mark and Diane regarding hikes/walks and swimming in the area. They were also very flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was great.
