Come enjoy my newly remodeled tropical island studio on Kauai's amazing north shore. Your perfect day starts with breakfast on the sunny and private East side lanai. Next, grab the beach toys, pack a cooler and roll down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Come home and take a nap in the cool AC and then go down the street to Watch the sun set over Bali hai view. Top the evening off with a barbecue by the pool-side and a mai tai. There’s also always night time fun at places like Tiki Iniki or the famous Tahiti Nui down the hill in Hanalei. The tiled bathroom feels like a jungle spa -for those who like the idea of jungle camping but want to be sheltered and pampered. As the evening cools down you make yourself comfortable on the king size bed situated to watch your choice of entertainment on the the flatscreen smart TV under the ceiling fan. Or maybe you'd like to sit out under the party lights on the private living room-like and enjoy the breeze from the ceiling fan. The modern kitchenette that includes all the basics you'll need for prepping small meals, and you always have the choice of numerous wonderful restaurants within a mile. You'll find a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles on the lanai for your use, and even my hand-drawn map for special place to hike to right from your unit. The North Shore of Kauai is unparalleled in it's beauty and my little 'piece of paradise' will make your stay just right! Tranquil, relaxing and comfortable. I promise you'll LOVE it! I also pride myself in helping to customize trips to hike on my favorite trail in the world; the Kalalau. Let me know your itinerary and I may be able to arrange shuttles to the trail head, store your luggage, or even give you trekking poles to borrow. Before travel to Kauai please be sure to check ant travel restrictions on our county website. Also, be informed regarding access to Hanalei and north by visiting Hi.dot.Hawaii.gov. Kimberlee’s Get Away Spot is a great place! Exactly as described! The air conditioner is top notch and cooled the place down quickly. Everything you needed was available to cook simple meals. A full size fridge was so appreciated! Kimberlee also made it possible to check in early which saved us a lot of grief! The outdoor space was super cute and comfortable!

Kimberlee did a great job thinking of all the little details to make sure guests have what they need. Best part is the wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash, just like in a hotel. The body wash smelled so good!

We were excited to return to Kauai, last trip was in 2009. Kimberlee’s unit fit our needs exactly. We didn’t travel to Hawaii for a lot of cooking, but the kitchenette had everything we needed before heading out to enjoy the island. The venue gave us easy access to hiking and the ocean. The pool, as well as the hot tub, was very clean and well maintained. There were two new Weber grills by the pool if you wanted to cook up a meal. We enjoyed our private lanai for relaxing at the end of the day. At night the complex was very quiet, and the bed comfortable. You’ll be happy with your stay on Kauai.

It’s also near a road with traffic and in the middle of many apartments
Almost no noise from 1am-5am but if you want to try and work, chill, sleep etc at other times, you may want to know it will be pretty loud.
Some people won’t be bothered but some will.

I can not say enough great things about our stay here! The area in princeville was perfect, a quick walk to queens bath and many other local sites. Our host greeted us with a honeymoon gift which was so thoughtful. We slept great after days of adventures. We used many of her supplies including the snorkeling gear and hiking poles which were such a great addition and her map of local beaches and hikes was very helpful. We truly loved our stay and highly suggest booking here

The accommodations were cozy, clean, and convenient and Kimberlee is an amazing host! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to hiking the Kalalau Trail. Kimberlee was a great resource for questions and even offered to store our bags while hiking. 10/10 recommend and plan to stay here again.

The studio was lovely and just as described online. It was clean and modern, and peaceful. The kitchenette was perfect for making quick meals. We enjoyed relaxing and having coffee out on the lanai. Location was great. Close to snorkeling, restaurants, and other activities. The host Kimberlee was so thoughtful and gracious. She provided us with all the info we needed to explore this beautiful island. We appreciated all the extras, towels, snorkeling/beach equipment and umbrellas. Truly perfect in every way.

We stayed here after a few nights camping on the island and it was SUCH a perfect spot for us to recoup. Beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, easy access to Hāʻena state park, Hanalei Bay and other cool beaches and hikes. Check in and communication with Kimberlee was seamless! Would definitely stay again!

This quant studio is in a perfect location in Princeville. It’s about a five minute drive to Hanalei and surrounding area.
The studio itself is clean and quiet. The owner obviously is thoughtful and cares about your stay and the property-terrific and knowledgeable! Would recommend!

Kimberlee was THE BEST!!! She was so helpful in quickly replying to ALL my questions (I had a lot). We were visiting the island to hike Na Pali Coast for a few days and she even offered to hold our bags in a safe place. Cannot thank her enough for the hospitality and great stay! Highly recommend!!

This place was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed! Great communication from Kimberlee before and during our stay. The condo was conveniently located, close enough to Hanalei (lots of shops and restaurants) but in a quieter area with beautiful mountains in the background. Would love to stay here again!

The property was nice, clean, and cozy. A little smaller than it looks in the picture, but great for two. The lanai was a highlight--we spent our days off-site, but in the mornings, we enjoyed having breakfast on our own private, well-appointed top-floor patio with the sun coming up. The host takes a lot of pride in her rental, and was helpful answering our questions about the condo and the surrounding area.

I can’t say enough nice things about Kimberlee. It was pouring all over the island when we got here so she allowed us to check in early and was super agreeable and accommodating. I spent most of my time (when we were there) on the large lanai. The room is a small space (think hotel room) so if you like to laze about all day, take that into consideration. Kimberlee has it equipped with cute, tiny (not kidding, toy sized but very adorable) appliances like toaster, crock pot, electric skillet etc...
If I had thought it through a little better, I probably would’ve booked a place with a full kitchen, but eh- I didn’t mind having an excuse not to cook. Definitely recommend for a short stay or if you are the adventurous types that only drop in to sleep.

The unit was exactly as pictured and described, appropriately decorated for its Kauai location. Obviously the host expends extra effort in making its site appealing as far as both the interior and exterior. A full complement of ocean and beach equipment is provided, and any necessary food or other shopping is nearby.

Great location in Princeville. Close to Hanalei and nice beaches. Bathroom was spacious and kitchen had just what we needed. Could hear some noises from outside (traffic, birds) but it didn't bother us too much.

My husband and I had a nice stay at this cute studio. The Princville area is beautiful and peaceful. We took several walks around the area and felt very safe and welcomed. It's a quick drive into Hanalei and Princville. Even better, there are so many beautiful, quiet sandy beaches around, especially if you are willing to take a short hike. We recommend Hideaway beach and the secret beach if you want to get away from the crowds. Kim offers everything you need for a nice beach day. The pool area was alsi nice and it was extremely convenient to have a reserved parking spot so close to our room. We tried to keep our windows open at night so we could enjoy the cool breeze and keep the airconditioner off, but beware, the roosters get started every night around 2 or 3 am right outside the window.
Overall, a great stay and we would recommend booking this place with Kim.

The condo was clean and convenient for purposes. Hanalei is one of our favorite places; it was just a short drive from the condo. Kimberlee was prompt and helpful in answering our questions. We were pleased to find that Kimberly and Deanne were concerned about the environment and we were pleased that we could contribute by conserving water, recycling, and not using using air conditioning; during our stay the island breezes were more than sufficient for our comfort.

My partner and I stayed in Princeville for the 5 days we were at Kauai. It was a great location - 5 min drive to the Princeville shops and 10 mins to Hanalei. It was easy to communicate with Kimberlee and she allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was very convenient. The house was clean and everything you need for a short stay.

This property was absolutely lovely! The area is nice, and we were even able to park our rental car in an assigned spot. The host has wonderful communication and she really puts a lot of effort into the place, and it shows! I highly recommend you read the binder she put together, it’s full of wonderful tips and recommendations. The room is clean and lovely, just what you would want to come home to after a day of exploring the island. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again, it was an amazing experience!
