Great location and very easy access to the apartment. Everything was clear and straightforward.
There was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, probably from the pipes or drains.

We had to ask for a tecnician to see TV. The TV installation is VERY BAD. Also at the first floor is much noince. The glass of the window should be thicker

The fact that it was very close to the main attractions, and the cleaning was very good

Great location, keyless access, comfortable bed, enough facilities to stay
Poor isolation, all windows had no isolation from the street at all - you can hear every sound from the outside (which are based on the location continuing during all night long). The same is for the inner wall, you can hear people walking and talking while getting to their apartment.
The apartment's bathroom needs renovation.
