Hier fehlen Liebe und Leidenschaft
Der Garten war super und das Bett (im Schlafzimmer) war bequem.
Wo soll ich da anfangen? Ich bin Hotelfachfrau, daher habe ich einen gewissen Blick. Allerdings bin ich in meinem Privatleben nicht pingelig. Das Vorweg. Aber:
Diese Wohnung wirkte auf den ersten Blick beim Reinkommen vollkommen in Ordnung. Beim genaueren Hinsehen habe ich mich dann allerdings schon gefragt, wofür ich eine Endreinigung bezahlt habe.
Von toten Insekten auf Fensterbrettern und in den Ecken der Wohnung, schmutzigem Geschirr in den Küchenschränken bis zu gammeligen Spül- und Toilettenbürsten war alles dabei. Gerade bei der Spül- und Toilettenbürste versteh ich es einfach überhaupt nicht, wie man das nicht jedem neuen Gast NEU hinstellen kann?! Das sind Artikel, die nicht mehr als 2 Euro kosten (wenn man das Günstigste nimmt, was vollkommen ausreichend wäre!). Man nimmt so viel Geld für eine Übernachtung, lässt noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles extra kosten und schafft es dann nicht, mit so einer kleinen Kleinigkeit für viel Zufriedenheit zu sorgen.
Es gab noch anderen Dinge, die mir negativ auffielen:
Eine DVD war vorhanden (mit Hinweiszettel, dass das kein Geschenk wäre) aber einen DVD Player dazu gab es nicht.
Die TVListe war komplett veraltet, von über 400 Sendern empfing man 5 (verteilt auf wie gesagt mehr als 400 Kanälen - da kam Freude auf, wenn man mit Kindern reist, wobei auch ich gerne zumindest ein paar Nachrichten mitbekommen hätte, wenn es schon kein WLAN gibt (das war aber bekannt!)).
Außerdem standen an unserem vorletzten Tag plötzlich 3 ältere Herren bei uns im Garten, die dort offensichtlich sich um den Rasen und Co. kümmerten.
Warum man darüber seine Gäste nicht informiert, verstehe ich ebenfalls nicht. Meine Kinder haben eine kleinen Schreck bekommen und ganz ehrlich: Ich hätte durchaus bei den Temperaturen auch unbekleidet sein können...
Es gab noch andere Dinge, die mir auffielen, aber ich denke, meine Message ist klar.
Für das Geld, dass ich bezahlt habe, wurde viel zu wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit und Komfort gelegt.
