Estaba amplio y seguro
No había cobijas para la epoca fría, el agua de la regadera sale en pequeños chorros y dispersa y el personal tiene muy poco servicio al cliente. No quiero generalizar pero esto lo vivimos en Oaxaca tienen muy mal servicio, se les solicita algo y es como si les diera pereza o se molestaran por hacerlo.
Nos paso que les solicitamos la factura en el hotel y nos toco literal estar ahí el último día, explicándole como pasar de pdf a Word y como hacer para poner nuestro nombre en el recibo, tuvo el descaro este último chico que estaba en la recepción, de decir que él nos enviaba el archivo y nosotros lo hiciéramos, o sea ya no sabemos si únicamente es la flojera que tienen o definitivamente el mal servicio lo llevan en las venas.

The staff was friendly and helpful.
I would ask that the staff better prepare for the needs of their customers. The temperature dropped quite a bit at night during our stay and there was not a blanket or comforter in sight. The location was on a noisy busy street and away from attractions.

We had a great stay at the Hotel! The Stuff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is clean and the shower is very big and there is warm water. The outside area is also very nice! We did some Yoga in the garden and relaxed in the sun. The City center is like 20 minutes with Taxi which costs around 100-200 Pesos, which was totally fine by us.
