About this house rental
Located in Raglan, this lovely house for $124 per night is a great choice for your next trip. TOP LOCATION, SEA VIEWS and COMFORT. Walk 3 minutes down the road to experience our cafe culture at our funky cafe`s. This is a great little cottage with stunning vistas to die for. Sit on the deck and view Mount Karioi rising majestically on the south west corner. View the estuary with all the boats and swimmers. Listen to the fun people are having on the beach, the sunsets are just fantastic, view the kite surfers out on the harbour. Watch all the little planes landing and taking off on the airfield. Hire a kayak and join in the fun every body else is having on the water. Drive ten minutes up the road to Manu Bay and watch the surfer`s or you could even have a lessen or two. Climb the mountain. Walk 3 minutes to our lovely shops and do some retail therapy. Take a harbour cruise. Drive 40 minutes to soak in the hot pools. We have some lovely walks here in Raglan by the sea. Come and find the things I didn`t tell you about. This cottage has all the comforts you need with a nice cosy ambience. Ideal for families, couples, or just plain old relaxation with friends Special conditions: Smoking permitted outside only. Pets allowed with prior approval. The best holiday ever and also a gem of a place to stay. The location is central, amazing sea vies. Sunnynook is a special house and has been fitted out tastefully and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone and the host was excellent to deal with. Thank you from all my family.

This place was perfect for me and 3 teens, my son loved the sleep out. The weather was great and we enjoyed the decks which got both morning and afternoon sun. Had everything we needed, although I did have to get some body wash for the shower. The beds were very comfortable and I had the best sleep i’d had in ages so felt very rested after our weekend away from the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great place. Lovely view and very handy to the shops. Everyone seems to know the little blue house on the corner. The neighbourhood rooster was awake a bit too early.

So clean and tidy, cute cottage in the coolest spot loved the view off the back deck. Everything was spick and span with all the necessities. Comfy nice furniture and beds. Would definitely recommend and choose to stay here again! Thanks so much for a beautiful place for wonderful few days away!

100 year old wooden cottage with well appointed with modern decor and appliances.. fantastic views from lounge room and deck of the Raglan Harbour and entrance.A few minutes walk to all shops,10 minute walk to main Wharf

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnynook. It is a wonderful location and it suited us well as a place for 2 couples. The cottage is quaint and is obviously full of history. A real bonus was having Sky TV so we could watch the Rugby World Cup!! Maintenance wise there a few things that need fixing that would help with the overall experience but we still enjoyed our time there. Just a little note - it would have been really helpful to have a pot scrubber of some sort, thank you.
