Good location, short walk to local pubs and takeaways. Pods perfect for a quiet break away.
The club looked really good although we didn't use it. Toilets are a short walk from pods. Park nearby for kids to play. Very quiet at night, good view of the stars.
The toilet/shower facilities need a lot of love. They aren't cleaned as much as I'd expect, although they are usable, you have to be very selective which one to use... This may be down to out of season and they are now on skeleton staff, but I would be cleaning them a lot more regularly as you still have guests!

Perfect location for Dawlish warren, stayed in a warm pod.
Easy access to everything. Helpful staff.
The toilet block was basic, and there were no mops or any means to clean the floors after a shower, However the showers were hot and very forcefull, but with only one small peg for clothes,take some sort of waterproof bag to put belongings in as the shower reaches the peg.
