You’ll find Urban beach spacious with lots of natural light and many beach(y) influences such as the unique art on the walls along with other decorative elements. Each area has its own personal touch. This holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The twin bedroom has a large window with lots of natural light but also offers electrical shutters so you won’t be disturbed by light in the morning, air conditioning and has a built-in closet. Here you will find the blue tones which will remind you of floating on the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom, has an en suite bathroom with 2 large windows and access to its own personal deck where you may find a small table that seats 2, ideal for morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day; this room’s décor is influenced by the fine sandy beaches. The property is found within a 4 apartment complex and on one of the connecting back streets that lead to Estoril. Near the apartment you will a coffee shop, a few meters down a mini market (near the parish council) where you will find direct access to paredão, known by the locals, which is the beachfront pathway that connects São João do Estoril to Cascais - worth the walk and along it you will find different beaches, bars and restaurants. Getting Around: The apartment is located 7 min walk away from the Estoril Train Station, where you will also find the bus stop with connecting routes to Cascais, Sintra.
