Nestled in Longmont, this charming condo for $134 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Spacious 1600 square foot walk out basement suite with lots of natural light. Outdoor patio overlooks beautiful gardens. To get to the entrance follow a flagstone path to a set of flagstone steps (not suitable for anyone with walking disabilities) to a french door.Keypad private entrance with easy on street parking. Up to three beds available (2 existing, a king and a queen and 1 single can be added) Sectional sofa can provide additional sleeping area. Fully outfitted kitchenette with Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, bar sink, new washer/dryer unit. There is private outdoor dining space with an infrared gas grill. Main bedroom has a large walk in closet. Living area has 42” flat screen tv and an additional tv in bedroom. We have exterior security cameras for the protection of our home and guests. These do not record sound and are not in the interior of the suite.

We came to Longmont for a friends wedding with our 4 year old son. He love the openness of the property and all the cushions and giant couch for his fort building. Kitchenette and bathroom were all in great condition for an extended stay. King bed is super cozy.

Laura and Craig's place is roomy and clean with comfortable beds and furniture. From condiments to bath supplies, they have thought of everything one might need while traveling. The location made getting where we needed to go in Longmont easy.

The openness of this high ceiling basement level lodging was wonderful for a family gathering. We used it as "home base" for our grandchildren to visit and have meals with us and play games. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and Craig and Laura were the perfect hosts - unseen but always responsive to any need. Would definitely come again.

This spacious unit was perfect for our five night stay and offered convenient access to Boulder. Local Longmont eateries were a good option. The kitchen was perfect for light meals and was well appointed. The entire space was beautifully decorated and most comfortable. The hosts were kind and available from time of check in to departure

Comfortable, clean, and spacious rental. Hosts were incredibly helpful and communicative. Only thing that would improve it is a neighborhood with less finicky neighbors when it comes to parking, but that’s small potatoes. Would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed at this property with my family while visiting locations in Boulder, Rocky Mt, and Longmont. Location was perfect. Situated in a clean, safe, beautiful family neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, walking paths. Property was much bigger than it appears in photos- for a few of the days there were 5 of us and it was spacious and comfortable with the extra bed provided by the host. The property was stocked with everything we needed- from shampoo to coffee pods, to a ton of pristine bath towels. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved spending evenings on the cozy garden patio and taking morning walks with incredible mountain views. At one point we met the owners, Craig and Laura, who were lovely, welcoming and very responsive to any questions throughout the week. Thank you for a great stay- we hope to return in the future!

Wonderful lower level one bedroom unit. The place was spotless, more than enough room, plenty of on street parking, and quiet location. We had a great stay in Longmont and everything was easy to get to. Our last few stays in Colorado were in Denver, but this was so much better. Easy to get to Estes Park, Boulder, Denver or Fort Collins. Laura was easy to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for sharing you house with us.

Very convenient and quiet. Complimentary coffee was a nice addition. My husband had an accident before our vacation and he found the steps hard to navigate. ( the site very clearly says this property has steps that are not suitable for diasabled. )

We had an amazing stay in Longmont. The suite was very clean and cozy. Lots of handy amenities, specifically toiletries and plenty of towels. The home is in a very nice, quiet, neighborhood and the street parking next to the home, with our own private entrance, was very convenient. Longmont was the perfect basecamp for our daytrips to Boulder and Estes Park. Would definitely stay here again!

Laura and Craig’s place was perfect! It had everything we could need, from snacks and extra blankets to essential toiletries and coffee! It was a wonderful location, close to Boulder where we were climbing. Downtown Longmont was great, and the house was just down the street! Will definitely stay again if we are ever in town!

We came to CO to visit friend who live in Longmont so the rental unit was perfect; in fact it was less than 5 minutes from our friend's home. The only drawback would be if your were in a wheel chair or have difficulty going up and down staircases. The path to the entrance is paved with flagstone (or similar) and on a slope so might prove a challenge for some people.
