Good hotel, good location.
But staff is invisible and on the 1st day unreachable by phone.

Breakfast was lovely, choice was good. Room was clean and functional, if somewhat basic.
Bed was comfortable.
Entry system code worked well.
Good shower.
No staff to be seen. Could not ask questions. Reception was locked the whole 7 days we stayed there.
Creaky floors were very noisy.
Took 2 days to get extra pillows and 3 days for fresh towels.
Pillows were awful, lumpy and small squares, more like cushions.
