Super location right on the port, less than five minutes on foot from the nearest free parking. The sofabed was surprisingly comfortable (there's a choice of two) but definitely a two-person job to convert it, and the requirement to bring your own sheets/towels and leave the place clean is fairly standard in this corner of the world. Overall we had a very nice stay.
A freezer compartment in the fridge would be great.

Tapis de sol pas très propres et bas de toilette WC sales protège matelas du BZ auréole jaune malgré qui soit propre cela aurait était judicieux de le remplacer

We came to the coast because it was forecast to be 38°c where we live and 30°c at the coast. we chose this studio for its location and because it had air conditioning. the location was fabulous right on the port side.
The air conditioning was completly useless, it was “locked down” to around 10% of it output. It worked only as a glorified fan, the room never got below around 27°c, that’s very uncomfortable for us. If air conditioning had been properly provided I would score the property 8/10 (not the cleanest, great value for money, great location).
