Situated in Mendon, this lovely condo for $184 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The Killington Resort area offers four seasons of activities to enjoy, such as; Winter: World Class Skiing/Snow Boarding at 6 mountains that make the Killington Pico ski resorts, Snowmobiling on the V.A.S.T all the way to Canada, Snowshoeing, Cross-Country Skiing and Ice fishing. Spring: visit the many Antique and Specialty shops and gardens in nearby town of Woodstock, River Tubing, Hike down into the Quechee Gorge or Thundering Falls. Summer: Hiking the Appalachian and Long Trails, Rock climbing, Lake and River Fishing, World Class Golf at Green Mountain and Killington Golf Courses. Autumn: Take gondola to top of Killington Mountain to view the spectacularly colorfull foliage. This is a place you will want to come back too, any time of the year!!

A perfect place for family to stay while visiting and exploring the area. A glitch with lock codes was quickly and easily solved with a phone call to the most helpful owner. We will definitely consider this cozy and well-equipped condo for future family visits.

Super easy check in process, easy to follow in the email. Place was clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of room for all. Beds were super comfortable. Will he booking for next year.

Check in/out was easy. Good communication with owner. Location is very convenient to Killington and Pico for skiing, about a 10 minute drive. Lots of room for a family. Kids all had their own bed. Kitchen well stocked with supplies, just bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower as well as dishwasher soap if you want to run more than 1 load. Really not a big deal but good to know in advance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and quick getaway from home for a ski weekend.

Condo was very clean and accommodated our family of four easily. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Just a short drive to Killington and Pico!

Needed base camp for fall motorcycle riding and this spot worked fine. Safe secure area. Close to many scenic spots. Brewery close by. What could be better.

Pool hadn't yet opened for our stay. It was necessary for us to point out some worn out kitchen and bathroom items. We had to request the second advertised AC unit for our comfort. Apparently the property is geared only for Winter stays.

Location couldn’t be beat. The condo had everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. We were there for skiing and being close to skiing and restaurants was great. We would definitely be back.

Close to everything.
Location couldn’t be beat. The condo had everything you need to make it an enjoyable stay. We were there for skiing and being close to skiing and restaurants was great. We would definitely be back.

The condo is in a great location about half way between Rutland and KIllington, with a pool and tennis courts on site. The condo above had people that walked around all hours of the night and into the early morning, which was very loud making it difficult to sleep. If you are not a heavy sleeper, I would suggest ear plugs. The beds were very comfortable, and the updated kitchen and bath vanity were very nice. All in all it was an ok place, but could use a good top to bottom cleaning, which with that being a huge ski area maybe is done more in winter than summer. I did communicate that with the manager and he was very responsive to me. This is a good option if you want a reasonably priced condo in the Rutland/Killington area.

A great trip!!
This was a wonderful condo to stay in for our family ski vacation! Everything was exactly as advertised - well equipped and cozy. The bunk room was perfect for my kids / teens. Skiing and riding a short ride up the road, great restaurants nearby. Scott was a great host. We hope to be back!!

Pico/Killington Family ski trip
Location was great and bedrooms and common areas were very nice as described. Added bonuses were the games, like the vintage boxing game and the Wii for super cold day. The heating situation was annoying. Bedroom heating came from bunk room so you had to keep the doors open to heat unit, which made sleeping more of a challenge.
