Panorama sulla spiaggia di santa Giulia, posizione tranquilla e silenziosa
Non era pulita proprio bene al nostro arrivo, materasso del divano letto decisamente da buttare.

Séjour agréable avec super vue sur lever du soleil
Aucun fond de base pour cuisine(sel poivre, dosette café, huile..)
Déjà évoqué lors d'un séjour précédent mais toujours identique : le sommier du canapé lit n'est définitivement pas adapté pour 2 adultes.( cuvette au centre)

Emplacement très calme, à l’écart de la foule, tout en étant à 15 min de la plage de Santa Giulia.
Logement assez grand pour 5 personnes, avec beaucoup de rangements.
Linge propre. Chambres propres.
Le point faible pour nous a été la cuisine: les placards sentent l’humidité et ils ne sont pas très propres. Nous avons retrouvé plusieurs assiettes et couverts sales.
Terrasse très belle mais en plein soleil le matin pour le petit déjeuner (un rideau serait parfait) et beaucoup des guêpes le soir rendant compliqué manger dehors.
L’hauteur de la chambre en mezzanine est très exiguë, nous nous sommes cognés la tête plusieurs fois en montant, les barrières ne sont pas très sécurisées.
Le barbecue est très vétuste.

Location is absolutely amazing, gorgeous view on the sea and virtually no traffic.
Communication with the owner Gauthier was awkward. Farid, the helper, is nice but his French is so and so and doesn’t know the area very well. (We didn’t come from Porto vecchio as most clients must do, and he couldn’t guide us through the small village. The place is not on google maps, nor Waze. We told the owner how to add it to make it easier for people to reach it. He told us the gps coordinates are already given and that only ten people couldn’t find it over the past 30 years!! Strange way to empathize with your clients)
