The host was friendly. Our plane was delayed for an hour and a half, then the car rental company insisted that we go to the city to pay by credit card, which delayed us a full four hours from our ETA. The host was waiting patiently with her son. The house was spotless, comfortable. The host thought about everything, even in the kitchen there was a needle and a thread. The yard was spotless, with a beautiful vineyard. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was so friendly that he son took a walk with us to show us a nearby restaurant.
While the house is great, there can be some room for improvement. Just providing locks on the doors can provide some privacy, may be?

The house is beautiful in the inside...nice barbecue place with a small vineyard... Wafa was very kind to us..
Location shown on booking.com and actual location is different.. around 3 kms away...
Please ensure that you mention proper timings and ask the host for location map prior to going there..

The villa is very spacious, clean and conveniently located near the bus stops: a direct bus to the city centre or the other to the beaches. There are shops, restaurants and a pharmacy 2 min walk from the property.
I have travelled a lot and never met such a kind and helpful host. You will see it yourself, she made our experience (I travelled together with my teenage daughters) in Baku much better.

Me and my 4-y.o. son loved this spacious house with a beautiful garden (roses were in bloom and we even had a chance to taste alycha from one of the trees). The place was clean, the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. There is enough dishware for a family, clean towels and linens. On days of a strong wind (3 days out ot 6) we enjoyed playing hide-and-seek and catch-up. We loved the interior and the bathrooms. You can tell that the landlords did their best to make it a very comfortable place. A taxi from the airport will bring you here for just 5 to 6 manats. The same price to get to the beach. The host Vafa was so kind to give us a transportation card to use later in the center of the city. Next time we come to Baku we will definitely stay here.
Vafa texted every evening to ask if we were ok and if we needed anything.
We loved everything.
