Great location, you can walk everywhere. The apartment is newly refurbished. The air conditioner was a big plus for the very hot summer days.
The walls are thin, so you can hear the other people in the other rooms, so if you are a light sleeper, use earplugs.

Clean, convenient to market, downtown & port. Lots of shops & restaurants a short walk away. Spacious bathroom with hairdryer. Convenient shared kitchenette stocked with condiments (refrigerators in rooms, not shared). Cute balcony.
The vestibule was unlit, making it very hard to see to go up the many stairs to the first floor at night. The only light switch I could find was at the TOP of the stairs. Kitchen knives were dull.
