Really comfortable bed, great views and walks from the door, lovely listening to the birds in the morning. Great walk to lovely pub for breakfast and dinner. Great base for exploring the many footpaths. Host very friendly and full of useful local knowledge.
We would have liked it a bit warmer, as we got a bit soaked walking in the rain in December.

A very peaceful place. The host who lives next-door has a lot of knowledge about the local area to help you with as well. The quality of the wood inside is lovely and the kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery. Everything you need really. I was here for a wedding at The Larmer Tree nearby. It was ideal for that.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, to be honest. The postcode I had sent me to a nearby house rather than the cottage itself. But I think that wasn’t the fault of the property.
