Large grounds with woodland and stream. Camping possible in the woods or in a field. Pet friendly. Basic breakfast with cereals, homemade bread and eggs, homemade yogurt. Nice walking along the old railway tracks to Lustleigh where Primrose Tea Rooms have the best cream teas you are ever likely to come across!
Beds a little narrow in the bedroom we had. Not a big issue.

Location was lovely and staff were friendly
The cleanliness and decoration of room was not great. Some of the furnishings were very old. The room was not cleaned at all during our visit
