Easy walk to one of Mauis BEST beaches. The pool area is located right out side our unit. Kitchen is stocked and has a gas stove and all the things you need to make Just about any meal. Comfortable King size bed and great linens for a good night sleep or to relax and watch tv. EASY walk to snorkeling, boogie boarding or a walk on the beach to watch the sunset, turtles swim and the whales jump.(seriously I've seen it!) Some of the best beaches for snorkeling or boogey boarding are at Charley Young and Kamaole 1. The Surf Cove is good for beginner surfing or paddle boarding and its just a short walk Away! Secure Free WiFi and cable for those of you that have to do some work while on vacation, or if you the need to stay connected! Free parking right out side the unit. The Palm foliage and pool view by the lanai adds to that tropical feel with filtered light, oh so Hawaii.. Hosts very welcoming. Close to beaches and lots of food/happy hour options, shopping, groceries. Host provides lots of beach equipment, plus access to condo pool. Coin laundry steps away from unit, convenient parking. Great place to stay for 1-2 people!

Loved Karen’s place! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location that is a very short walk to Kamaole 1 and great cafes and food trucks! Karen was also very quick to respond and was gracious enough to provide a late checkout!

We have stayed in many places in Kihei.This apartment was close to many attractions in Kihei and we felt like we were locals for the week we stayed. The unit is across from the pool and BBQ which was perfect for us. We walked to South Maui Gardens for coffee/tea most mornings, the surf shop to rent boards, and later to dinner. The unit had all the items we needed and the bed was super comfy. Thank you!

My sister and I had a great stay! We loved that the property had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation - beach chairs, towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc. The convenient parking spot was great, and we loved being able to sit out on the lanai with the view of the pool. Within walking distance to the beach and lots of great food trucks and restaurants. We’d love to stay again in the future!

Awesome experience staying at this property! Location was amazing, close walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the beach and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away if not walkable. The unit was clean and the communication was great. We left our bathing suits in the shower on accident and they were kind enough to offer to ship them back to us! We would definitely come back.

Our stay was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and the pool was an incredible amenity, and only a few steps away. The air conditioning machine doesn’t reach the bedroom very well, but fans were provided. Overall very good!

We absolutely loved this place. You’re never too far from anything in Kihei, and almost everything was less than 10 minutes away unless we were heading inland. The owners were very communicative whenever we reached out, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit.

My husband, our 15 year old, and I had a great stay at Karen’s perfect landing pad. In 4 way-too-short-days we enjoyed the beach, the pool, lunch in Lahaina, the Road to Hana, and so much more.
Coming back to Karen's place at the end of the day was perfection. Everything we needed and more. The kind bed was beyond comfortable, our son was comfy on the pull out, the kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed including filtered water in the fridge.
I’ll miss the quiet mornings on the patio with my coffee and book with birds singing good morning.
The beach is a very short walk away. We saw whales and turtles each day we were there. If you’re parked at the beach for the day, it’s easy to grab lunch or beverages across the street. The surf shop is also nearby across from the Cove.
Karen made checking in and out a breeze and was so welcoming with her tips and suggestions. She is a lovely host and we would love to be her guests again. Mahalo!

We stayed in this condo for several days in December. We absolutely loved this place. It is very beautifully decorated and very private. We enjoyed lunches on the lanai, it is shaded and very quiet, it is probably the best location of a condo in this complex because it is facing the yard and the pool. it was very easy and pleasant to communicate with the owner. Overall, we highly recommend this condo and we will definitely consider coming back. Thank you very much!

We loved the apartment! The location was perfect for all the driving we did, and it's a short 4 minute walk to one of the better beaches on the island. There are lots of food options nearby that are also less then 10 minutes by foot. Out favorite was the Maui Garden food trucks. We would love to rent this place again when we return to Maui. Mahalo

The host was so detailed and thoughtful with everything. The unit was in an excellent location and the only sad thing is that we were so busy exploring Maui we didn’t spend much time in the unit. However, coming home after a long day to this clean, comfortable and air conditioned unit was perfect!
Our Hostess, made our anniversary trip so special with a bottle of Prosecco and some Hawaiian juices!!! I’m already excited to book this place again for our next Maui trip!!

The condo was so cute and functional. I loved all the extras (chairs, towels, scuba gear, etc) for the beach, as well as some kitchen essentials like spices that we didn’t have to buy ourselves. The neighborhood felt safe and was an excellent location, within walking distance to the beach and some local shops. Would definitely consider staying here again if we are able to get back to the magical island of Maui!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is located in the wonderful town of Kihei - very close to beaches and great restaurants/food trucks. Karen was a great host, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. When we had a minor issue with the check in process, Karen answered the phone immediately and resolved it in less than a minute. Overall, I cannot recommend this property enough! Mahalo, Karen!

The hosts were great and communicated everything we needed for a great stay. This condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. It could easily accommodate more than just us. We spent seven nights. It was very clean and comfortable. We had morning coffee and breakfast on the back patio before the short walk to the beach for the day. They've equipped you with everything you need for the beach as well. Very well located for island fun and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has everything you’ll ever think of needing. It is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach necessities, etc. My new fiancé (we got engaged this trip!!) absolutely loved this condo - and will definitely be staying here in our future Maui vacations. Very clean property as well, laundry facilities were easy to use, and we made breakfast in the condo almost every morning. Truly wonderful! We never went in the pool, however it did look nice and clean. One thing that we would request would be a smart TV in the bedroom, there is one in the living room - but there’s just something about kicking back and watching Netflix in bed after a long day in the sun and water. Overall, amazing stay at this condo, and the hosts were very responsive and attentive. Mahalo!

Great condo in a great location
We really loved staying here. It was a few blocks to the beach, and the beach is amazing. It is also a short walk to the town of Kihei, which has some great local restaurants, food trucks, shops, and more. We thought it felt more authentic than other parts of the island. The place is well equipped, and we did not need anything. It was easy to check in and I appreciated a keyless entry. Overlooking the pool was nice and made it easy to go for a swim at night. The place is clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. It was worth having a kitchen and a place to sit, versus being in a hotel room. Great stay and highly recommend.

Perfect Hawaiian Getaway!
What a great condo! The location was phenomenal, and Karen was easy to communicate with. We loved that so many items were provided, including beach towels, plenty of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all the kitchen equipment and appliances you might need.
We stayed for 10 nights and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of vacation naps were enjoyed!
The air conditioning in the main area of the condo was plenty cold, and the large standing fan in the bedroom kept everything cool and comfortable.
We didn’t use any of the laundry facilities during our stay, but the laundry room is very close to the unit.
Parking was perfect! There is an assigned stall for the unit and it was very close.
One of the best perks of the location is being directly across from a beautiful beach. It was a quick 5 minute walk down to the water and the sunsets were breathtaking.
Some things not to miss… the Maui Gold Pineapple tour, the Road to Hana (we recommend hiring a tour company to do the driving—it was worth it), and seeing the sunrise at Haleakala. We also loved Mama’s Fish House (get reservations 6 months in advance. It’s expensive but SO worth it) and the poké at Tamura’s (yes, is a liquor store but the poké was awesome).
