Located in Oak Bay, this charming condo for $111 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have a cozy fully furnished and equipped suite in the lower level of our home for rent in a safe, desirable neighborhood of Oak Bay. Convenient to public transportation and walkable to all amenities. We are also within walking distance or a short car ride to Royal Jubilee Hospital, Hospice, and the Cancer Clinic. Walk to Willows Beach, or the Oak Bay Marina, or sit in the fenced backyard and read or relax. Table with umbrella and chairs in the yard. Venture out for a 40-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride to Downtown's Inner Harbor. Oak Bay also has its own town center with delightful shops and amenities all a short stroll away. You may bring a small pet under some specific guidelines. Pets must not be on any of the furniture including the beds. The suite is designed for two guests in one bed, if you are 3 and require the use of the second bed there is extra fee of 30.00 per night. Three people is the maximum. Walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop, Oak Bay recreation center, and restaurants. Golf courses and tennis courses are also nearby. Kitchen, laundry, parking, a queen bed, and a twin bed. Safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. In two spots the ducting drops the ceiling to just under 6 feet, a very tall person would need to duck slightly at those spots. No one has found this an issue. Great location. Enjoy your stay.

We stayed at Melinda's for 5 nights and loved it. It's clean, well stocked and quiet. The location was perfect. Beach, coffee shops, shopping all close by and only 15 minutes to Victoria. We would definitely stay again when in town.

We loved our time staying in Melinda’s suite in Oak Bay. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to local shops and parks. It’s also right next to the bus stop for a quick drive to downtown Victoria. 10 minutes walk and your on the beach. The suite itself was very clean with a lot of thoughtful touches such as toys left out for our daughter, snacks for everyone and chilled beers for us adults after a long days travelling. The laundry facilities were greatly appreciated and a well stocked kitchen meant we could cook some meals when not eating out. I would recommend Melinda’s place for anyone looking to stay in Oak Bay/Victoria.

Very comfortable - liking walking into a family home. Very good prior contact with Melinda allowed us to arrive and move in with ease. The suite was roomy, welcoming and fully outfitted. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. We would not hesitate to return, and enjoy a Victoria holiday again.

This property was just as it was listed on the website. Great location, we had our dog, and enjoyed walking to Willows Beach from the suite. The back yard is really nice. The kitchen is well supplied, and the bedroom is cozy. Great off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again

My 21-year niece had a very comfortable stay here for a week. Check-in was super easy and Melinda contacted us right away to ensure all was good. There is a well-equipped kitchen, comfy reading chair, great lighting, dining table that doubles as a puzzle area, some books and games, 15 min walk to groceries, shops, cafés and the beach. I would absolutely recommend you stay here if it fits your needs 😊!

The location of the house in Oak Bay was ideal for us, close but not too close to downtown Victoria, and just a few blocks from the Oak Bay beach and harbor. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. If we are ever back in Victoria, we will definitely stay there.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with lovely fenced in yard and gardens. Excellent for our visit to UVIC. Lots of extra touches including kitchen and bath supplies, robes, slippers etc. You really feel at home with all the rooms and well appointed space. Thanks Melinda!

This location is an easy walk to Willows Beach, a city recreation centre, and Save-on-Foods. There is lots of space in the suite, and a beautiful sunny outdoor area. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was clean, very well-equipped, and so close to one of the loveliest beaches in Victoria. Melinda and Joe were very kind and quick to reply to any questions we had. There is lots of closet space and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We liked that Melinda and Joe have put a lot of thought into creating a great space. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is the entire basement of a residential house in Oak Bay with it's own attractive garden seating area. The interior is quite big and very well as appointed- in particular the paintings and carefully chosen colourful furnishings make it a very pleasant place to spend the evening. V comfortable bed, good kitchen, excellent shower and handy washer and dryer. Plenty of space to store things and designated free parking. Oak Bay is a wonderful part of the city and well-connected.
