The property is a tranquil place and the courtyard is fantastic. A well equipped house in a location far away from the very touristic places. Iria is more of an agricultural place rather than a touristic destination and offers a more authentic experience

Amazing location for a calm vacation – right on the sea, you step out of the house and straight into the water. The owners’ hospitality is truly rare; although we often spend our holidays in Greece, such warm and genuine care we have only experienced on very special occasions. Together with the unique seaside setting, it made our stay unforgettable. A quiet place, yet close to Nafplio, with good services in the nearby village.

The apartment exceeded my expectation; its location right at the beach, the terrace which offered sun and shadow with its beautiful old trees, the beautiful plants everywhere in the garden. I loved drinking my coffee in the morning looking at the sea and hearing the sound of the waves. Enjoyed the amazing sunset in the evening in the company of my family and sometimes in the company of Sofia and her family. I have never met a friendlier family than Sofia's. Everyone was very kind and generous and we enjoyed their company and our conversations together. We are definitely coming back again. Thank you to Sofia, her mom, her brother, her husband, her son, and of course Bee (the lovely dog).
