instructions are clear, the office response on timely manner, room is good for backpackers or couple. I think not suitable for families - my opinion but overall if you stay with friends
the entrance of the lift need to pass the mamak restaurant and the room is facing the main road so you will hear motorcycles races at night time, people lepak at the mamak

Everything was good, the staff were warm n welcoming, helped me get settled in quickly once i arrived..room was in tiptop condition, for a solo traveller like me this place was ideal, definitely will book here again for my future solo travels, thank you everyone at Atelier Boutique Hotel, for me personally i give a 5 star rating cos' i love the concept n i felt so peaceful, safe n comfortable staying here! ⭐

The Botanist room was spacious and clean, I didn't like the fact that the shower bathroom was a wetroom but I only stayed for one night so it was not an issue. It was located very near the airport so it's great to get to and fro for late/early flights. There are also some restaurants and mini mart nearby.
THE NOISE. The listing advertises soundproofing which is a total misdescription, and booking.com needs to change that immediately. All the rooms with private bathroom seem to face the road, and you can hear motorbikes zooming past as if you are standing on the pavement. You can also hear planes landing. When I complained, staff said there were no internal rooms with a private bathroom so I stayed, and they kindly brought me earplugs which helped. BE WARNED IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER. It was also difficult to find and o didn't get check in instructions beforehand to help me find it, but only after I called the WhatsApp number I found on Google maps. But the lady working at reception came to collect me from downstairs and was extremely friendly and professional so kudos to her.
